Réception d'un casque la taille ne convient pas , je demande à changer par une autre taille et un autre modèle car celui-ci n'existe pas dans la bonne taille , la personne m'annonce qu'il n'y a pas de souci mais je ne reçois jamais de casque et je suis obligé de relancer maintes et maintes fois pour avoir un remboursement.

Hello users, I am writing this review to advise you all about Romain Duault, the owner of Adrisport, because I have lived the worst experience of my life. I contacted Romain on eBay because I was very interesting in a pair of POC sunglasses for a cycling race. I asked him for an offer (shipping included from France to Spain), and he agreed that but paying out of eBay, by using Paypal (first error). I made the payment on Paypal instantly, but there began my nightmare. He spent several days to confirm the purchase and shipping. I had to find him on Facebook to request the product. Then, when I received POC sunglasses, -many days after he assured me-, I replied by explaining that the sunglasses were big for me, but he was missing. I wrote him on Facebook, by email, and even I called to the shop, but no news. At least I decided to write him an ultimatum: he paid me back the money or my brother visited him at Moustoir to close this issue. Then he answered, but he wanted to refund me 165 €, not the total amount: 175 €. So I paid € 10 for shipping from France to Spain and € 25 for the return. 35 euros lost, but above all, a lot of hours and stress to pursue it. No trust. Very bad seller and very bad person both.
