I have been playing this game for a long time, and the in-game administration is clearly out of control.

There is a consistent abuse of power by certain admins, who act with bias—favoring their own circles while targeting others. Rules are enforced selectively, creating a clear double standard that destroys any sense of fairness.

This game is already heavily pay-to-win, but the situation is made worse by apparent admin favoritism. At that point, competition becomes meaningless.

This is not just poor management—it is a serious integrity issue. Anyone considering spending time or money on this game should think twice.

5 star game hellishly ruined by new chinese devs, if I wanted to play a p2w mobile type of game with no updates but gambling packs I would play AFK Journey

worth mentioning that cheaters arent getting punished, botters all over the place and every update comes with 3 new bugs that never get fixed

development and moderation team unbearably uneducated about the game, majority of them have never played

Made game... did great for few years... sold it to chinesse rats... made it p2w... gg we have the results now + they hired a heavy tank as a community manager... I give her max 2-3 more livestreams and we will need two monitors to watch the LIVESTREAM WITH NEWS AND BELLA 186kg of pure height + those lazy ahh developers that cannot even make enchantment transfer properly w/o making mythical set unplayable... Looking forward to the day this company closes its doors. I have never seen a more disrespectful company than them. It will be a sad day to lose Drakensang Online but it will also be a great day to know these people dont get any more money.

I’ve been playing this game since I was about 15 (~10 years), and honestly, it used to be amazing. I spent countless hours on Drakensang Online, made great memories, and genuinely loved it. Sadly, those days are long gone!

Since the new management took over, the game has turned into a blatant pay-to-win cash grab. Players keep saying NO to these monetization changes, yet they push them through anyway. We’re constantly promised improvements for free-to-play players, but those promises never materialize (even though they have been saying for a year they will go and provide more free to play, jsut go and watch at twich live streams) instead, the game just becomes more aggressively P2W. They lie to people.

Even the official Discord community has become frustrating (Luke, Bella, Tyche). You can barely share honest feedback without getting silenced, muted, or even banned for no clear reason. Instead of listening to players, moderation often feels like damage control, criticism isn’t discussed, it’s simply shut down. It creates the impression that they don’t want dialogue, only compliance. It’s gotten to the point where you almost have to apologize just for tagging a moderator to ask a question because it sends them a notification — even though they’re literally supposed to be there for the community. Seriously, what?

It feels like they don’t see us as players anymore, just wallets to squeeze. Feedback is ignored, communication feels dishonest, and every update is designed to extract more money rather than improve gameplay. About one time out of ten they give a decent item just to soften the blow of all the other garbage content. The trust and hype that once existed is completely gone.

Enough is enough. I loved this game, but what it has become is deeply disappointing. At this point it feels less like a game and more like a casino. I can’t recommend it anymore.

Habe mich nach längerer Zeit in meinen Account bei Dark Orbit eingeloggt. Da musste ich feststellen das mein Goliath mit dem gesamten Zubehör weg war. Es ist nur noch das kleinste Schiff auf meinem Account. Wollt ihr eure User eigentlich verarschen. So kann man den Leuten natürlich auch das Geld aus der Tasche ziehen. Vom Support kam keinelei Reaktion auf meine Email. Deswegen diese Bewertung. Ichwerde mit Sicherheit dieses Spiel nicht mehr spielen. Wird deinstalliert. Danke für nichts

Old DSO player, bought premium tons of times. Came back end of last year → got 1 month prem, no visible auto-renew, and they had deleted the cancel button. They charged me anyway. Made a ticket same day: cancel + refund. Got told to remake the exact same ticket somewhere else. Support was worthless — no refund, no help. Now I have another useless premium month on a game I can’t even play because I’m ill, and they don’t give a single s***.
They used to actually care. Not anymore. Never spending money there again after this garbage treatment.

Man müsste Bigpoint vor Gericht zerren! Bigpoint verstößt gegen seine eigenen AGBs und macht eigene Regeln nur um Geld zu machen. Einen Account freikaufen? Wo steht das in eure AGBs? Erst wird ein Account auf Verdacht gesperrt, dann heißt es du hast gegen unsere AGBs verstoßen (natürlich nicht mehr dazu geschrieben), dann wird man bedroht und zuletzt soll man seinen Account mit Diamanten freikaufen und das sollen so um die 250€ sein. Die Admins von Bigpoint bieten fleißig in den Auktionen, versenken andere Spieler, fahren mit über 750000HP auf den Karten und wenn man sich über etwas beim Support beschwert, erstmal für ein paar Monate Accountsperre oder Schiffe vom Account gelöscht. Das Spiel selbst war mal gut, aber ist voll am Ende. Diverse Events und das Spiel funktioniert kaum, selbst bei Auktionen diverse Serverabstürze und jeder weiß wieso und wer. Farmbots, Bieterbots, Pushing ohne Ende, Doppelschuss und was weiß ich….all das weiß Bigpoint, tut aber nichts. Bei speziellen Gilden und Spielern wird es sogar gefördert und bei andere führt es zur Sperrung des Accounts. Neue Spieler haben absolut keine Chance. Bigpoint ist NICHTS ohne seine Spieler!

Bigpoint bzw. Heiko Hubertz und Co. sind die grössten Betrügerin der BRD.
In jedem anderen Land würden die Haftstrafen von wenigstens 10 Jahren absitzen.
Der Verbraucherschutz hat ich meine im Jahre 2009 oder 2018/2019 vor Bigpoint gewarnt das hier keinerlei Jugendschutz beachtet wird und es nur ums Abzocken von Kindern und Jugendlichen geht.
Vermute das war aber schon in den Jahren um 2009.
Seitdem ist Bigpoint von Jahr zu Jahr immer krimineller immer geldgeiler geworden ohne Rücksicht auf die Spieler.
Zu 100 % weiss ich von mehreren die ordentlich Geld ins Spiel(system) reingebuttert haben ,wie die um ihr Geld gebracht worden.
Gängigste Methode ist hier von guten bis sehr guten Spielern den Account zu Schwächen mindestens 50 % Erfahrungspunkte die man in Jahren aufgebaut hat.
Man kann sagen es handelt sich bei Bigpoint zu 100 % um Hurenkinder und der Staat ist still.👍

Hi, I've been playing Pirate Storm since 2012. There have been ups and downs. I've played and stopped several times. Recently, I lost access to my email and account. I informed the company. When I managed to regain access, my account was banned and remains banned. It's a frustrating experience. I just want to get back to playing. I invested a lot in the game and I don't regret it, because I love the game and had a lot of fun. But now it's frustrating.

Spiele seit 15 Jahre Piratestorm und musste zusehen wie das Spiel kaputt gemacht wurde. Es läuft immer noch der Flashplayer und die Auswirkungen sind mehr als sichtbar. Events werden nich suber eingestellt und die Schtzkisten können nicht mehr erfüllt werden. Freunde gibt es natürlich auch nicht mehr, aber die beiden Bonusmappen tauchen immer noch auf8 einfach lachhaft). Vom Suport wird man im Stich gelassen. Acc werden wüllkürlich gesperrt, das ist die Krönung der Unfähigkeit.

DarkOrbit by BigPoint is one of the most frustrating "games" I’ve ever played. The only thing it does well is **sucking money out of players** because it’s **100% pay-to-win**! If you don’t spend real cash, you **stand no chance** against those who dump money into overpowered ships and weapons.

**Bugs and Downtime? Check!**
The servers crash constantly, lag is unbearable, and updates only introduce new bugs instead of fixing old ones. Support either ignores you or sends copy-paste responses that solve nothing.

**Greed at Its Finest**
BigPoint does EVERYTHING to squeeze money out of you—"special offers," loot boxes, and "exclusive" ships locked behind paywalls. The game is designed to make you so weak without paying that it becomes impossible to have fun.
