After spending £700 on a shower enclosure I encountered a problem with the riser kit and panels not long enough and feet missing after this was advised by them as being right for shower enclosure I ordered, wouldn't admit they were anyway at fault and blamed me for ordering it.was hoping they would come good and send the appropriate side payi need ,but no just same old twaddle ..
Wouldn't use again be aware awful customer service for a problem..
Update even though they replied here saying they will send a replacement piece I've had a email saying they are not in the wrong and won't be sending one out .
Presume there reply was for show when actually they are a disgraceful company to deal with utter liars ..

When we reported a fault with a leaking shower, their Customer Service Team sent a replacement shower the next day.
They also reunded our plumber's charges for trying to repair the shower.

This is not the first time I have contacted customer service with an issue. Every interaction I have had has been 5 star. They are quick, knowledgeable and get a resolution, plus they are also courteous. Would happily recommend on the interactions I have had.

Thanks to Kelly C for being very helpful yesterday and special thanks to Stephanie for noticing we hadn't quite managed to sort everything out and chasing up today. I rather wish I had several more bathrooms to do... I know which websites I'd be heading to!

We needed a spare part for an item we had ordered a little while ago and Lisa was super helpful in getting this sorted for us quickly and efficiently.

Faulty tap delivered and no response from customer service about a replacement. Our whole project is now delayed the bath has to be uninstalled and we I have had to source from an alternative supplier as no one has responded to me.
