Big Air Trampolines 

I followed the honest advice on the site and bought a junior trampoline for the kids (but one we can have a go on too!). The product was dispatched really quickly - ordered Saturday night and arrived first thing on Tuesday morning.
All the parts were there and it took less than an hour for three of us to construct.
It's stable, smart and great fun and I would honestly recommend Big Air trampolines to anyone.

We purchased the 6ft x 9ft rectangular trampoline, it was purchased for my daughter's birthday, I was a little wary of the next day delivery after reading the reviews, but I have to say it was delivered the next day, in three suitable boxes, the delivery driver did not need any help with carrying the boxes, so I wouldnt worry about paying for a two man delivery. The only problem is the lack of status updates, it did not change from "Processing". The trampoline is up, all as described, I have a very happy little girl.

We purchased a 12ft universal round trampoline and were very impressed with the speedy delivery, excellent quality, great value for money and best of all the kids love it.
My only gripe is that the instructions for fitting the safety net were not as clear as they could have been.
But having questioned on-line, sorted in minutes.
Have recommended to friends already.

i made a purchase, recieved the confirmation email which stated next working day delivery. the next working day came and went, no delivery. when telephoning, which took ages to get through, i was informed that the item is out of stock and would be dispatched on arrival which was estimated to be august 1st. this date came and went and still nothing. i'm assuming the item still hasn't come into stock, but i'm not informed of what's going on at all unless i make the enquiry. it is not a pro-active customer service. i'm a little dissappointed to say the least. my children have been looking forward to having the trampoline for their summer holidays

Followed the guide lines on the website and chose the Big Air Extreme it suits my 8 and 9 year old as they have had a few trampoline lessons and it's also fun for my four year old. The boys love it and are practising their acrobatics and it's bouncy enough for my daughter. The safety net is sturdy on it's legs so I feel happy that the kids are safe. Next day delivery although oddly the legs came the day after - did contact company and they sorted it promptly and rang to check I'd received them the following day.

Great price , excellent service ,trampoline arrived on the day agreed and is now assembled and kids a great time .

I ordered a 10' Big Air Trampoline which, according to the Big Air website had 200mm springs and quality padding for the spring cover pads. The trampoline was delivered on time but the box was inadequate for the weight of the contents and had split. The springs were 145mm, not 200mm and the spring pads were made of what I would describe as cheap tarp' material or IKEA bag material. I phoned the Big Air helpline and was held in queue for 30 minutes (even though only at position 5 in the queue) before speaking to a customer service agent. He checked the details for spring length and confirmed that the website details were incorrect. The fact is that most of their trampolines have 145mm springs and only a few of the 14' ones have the larger 200mm springs. He then said that he would see if some larger springs could be sent out to me! I had to explain to him that if the trampoline was designed for smaller springs then larger ones wouldn't work! Quite unbelievable...... Having suggested that they need to change their website as a matter of urgency I asked for the trampoline to be collected for a full refund. A courier picked it up the next day but as yet, 3 days later, I have not had the payment returned to my card account. Do yourself a favour - buy a TP Capital trampoline ( a bit more expensive but better quality) or a Plum Products 10' - similar price but bigger springs and much higher quality pads. In a word - Unimpressed.

Ordered it on Monday the 1st and only just got it today, apart from that it was all fine :)

Got it in one big long box, and another smaller one.
I didn't think it would fit in the box but it did lol.
Brought the 14ft one.

Putting it together was quite easy apart from the last slot piece which we had to actually hammer it together because they have to be specifically at an angle to slot together.

Other than that it's the best trampoline I've ever been on. =] 9.5/10!

24hr delivery time quoted but took at least 2 weeks. Always long queues on customer service help line which took at least 20 minutes to get through. Once delivered the trampoline was as ordered

After much searching I came across The Big Air Universal 16ft trampoline at an amazing price. Delivered the next day as promised and was very straightforward to put up - even for my husband who refuses to read instructions!! The 3 kids (aged 10,12 & 14) love it. It is a very good quality and stylish trampoline.
My only minor gripe is the admin side of things. My order status never changed from "processing" on the website. I had an email saying I would be receiving a delivery from City Link but the email made no reference to the product or the company I had bought from - I assumed it was my trampoline! I rang the Customer Service line to get a tracking number and was in a queuing system for 27 minutes (!) before a very nice lady answered and gave me the tracking number. My suggestion would be that customers should be emailed with this information as a matter of course and that the order status is kept up to date.
Great quality trampoline though! Highly recommended.

The delivery was what they said
The trampoline was good quality
The instructions were helpful
The crash matt above the springs is very thin not sure how well it will last
The bounce and safety of the enclosure are both excellent
I love it would recommend it time after time but i would want a better crash matt
Prior to delivery i recommended this company solely on their customer service which is also excellent. They bought one and also love it!!!

I ordered a next day trampoline on Thursday 28 July and have yet to receive it. I tried calling yesterday but after hanging on for over 20 mins I gave up. I then emailed and got a generic message response thanking me for my purchase, asking if I was happy with it and requesting i fill in this survey. That isn't even customer service at all. Obviously no one reads emails.

You need to sort this out.

Super free next day delivery, we have a 12ft trampoline now which my son loves hes on it all the time which is great as it gets him off screens and outside.

Ordered a big Air extreme with safety net, arrived next day but wrong safety net sent, took 2 weeks, 4 phonecalls and 3 deliveries in total to sort out which is a sad reflection because although it takes at least 20 minutes to get through on the phone the staff are helpful and polite. Unfortunately communication between the order department and dispatch was to blame. The trampoline itself is made from very good materials although poor fit where the parts slot together and the joint system used on the top rail (would be better welded) allows excessive movement in the trampoline frame, this does not affect its usability but makes it feel rickerty that said it looks good with its blue and white padding and the new safety net design is the best on the market and should wear well.

The trampoline arrived next day as they said it would and the kids were on it for hours as soon as I'd assembled it with the help of my two teenage sons.

Would definitely recommend.
