Bright Ideas Accountancy Recenzje

Working with Bright Ideas has been seamless - they are knowledgable and fast to act. Millie has been my account manager and she is fantastic - a great resource to run things by and has helped me manage my business and it's setup.

I have been working with Bright Ideas for three years to help manage my business account and finances. My experience is always positive, my account manager is proactive and thorough giving me peace of mind when managing my finances. The team is always available for advice and guidance and always responsive and reliable. I highly recommend Bright Ideas. Thank you Sophie and team.

I've worked with Bright Ideas for nearly 2 years now and they've helped me in all sorts of ways. I've worked with a few different members of the team; they always respond quickly, have a good understanding of my situation, and get to the solution.

I've been with Bright Ideas for over a year now. my go-to guy is Sam and he's made my life so much easier. he has a mountain of knowledge in the accounting world and all the tasks I've asked for his help on, he has resolved in a very short amount of time. I can not fault them in any way, just brilliant. I will personally and highly recommend Bright Ideas to anyone who needs an accountant the best decision you will make is to join these and let them worry about all the technical stuff in the accounting world.
anyway a big thank you to all the team at bright ideas your all awesome

These guys go and above and beyond for you, highly recommend them. Millie McGaughey is ace. Extremely helpful and keeps me in check.

Bright Ideas have been a great help to me personally and to my business, providing invaluable insight into VAT, and Corporate Tax and help demystifying Making Tax Digital. A special callout to Harrison, who has been a great support.

Sophie has been fantastic! I am a start up and have many questions to get the ball rolling and nothing is too much for Sophie to handle. She is very professional and always provide me with such clarity.

I have been with BI for over 3 years now, and they have been absolutely brilliant. Everything is submitted in a timely fashion, all of my accounts are always up to date and having FreeAgent be the accounting software of choice is always a game changer.

Millie is my assigned accountant and has been a godsend! Always so helpful, and amazing at her job.

I'm a fairly new client of BI Accounting and I don’t write reviews often but decided to make an exception. My dedicated accountant - Millie - is the one who makes this experience extraordinary. She is knowledgeable, helpful, approachable and really supportive. I have used a couple of other companies in the past and the relationship I have with Millie doesn’t compare to anything I have witnessed before. I feel supported and well informed about all the company related matters, Millie is available to help me with any questions and doubts via email or phone. Very pleased with the service and highly recommend to everyone - BI doesn’t make you feel like you’re just one of many customers.

I found the team at Bright Ideas to offer a great value-for-money and professional accounting service. They have always been responsive and great to work with.

The best accounting experience I've ever had! Struggled with a few different accounting firms who weren't up on the tech and were very difficult to work with - Zac at Bright Ideas has completely taken away my fear of accountants.

Bright Ideas are punctual, insightful, and great value!

Disappointed to immediately start receiving unsolicited junk email from this company in the post. Not what I want, and not the way to get new clients. I will definitely avoid them

And then they ask for more (personal) information like my email address and phone number (to verify I am a genuine customer)! Ha! No. You've got my address from companies house and you've immediately abused that data. I'm not giving you any more ways to contact me. And I am most definitely *NOT* a customer

Was with Bright Ideas for over 4 years and don't regret my decision at all. Super friendly, professional and brilliant with advice. They make the complex world of accountancy simpler and understandable. Syed is a great accountant and I will certainly be back soon once I decide to launch my next business. Give these guys a call!

Excellent service. Thomas was always prompt to respond to any queries.

The accountancy software you logon on to use - Freeagent - also worked well and was mostly self explanatory.

All in all a very good service. Especially compared to the previously firm I had the displeasure to deal with.

Robin

Accounting as it should be done: efficient, informative, accurate and friendly and all done at a very competitive rate.
From my very first contact when Michael, the principal, rang me to personally explain their services, I knew they were different from the rest.
BI Accountancy assigned Syed as my personal contact and absolutely nothing was too difficult or too much trouble for him. Most emails were answered within the hour..and often within minutes..and any more complex issues were immediately scheduled in for a friendly and patient phone call.
I would have no hesitation in recommending BI Accountancy to other contractors and professionals.

I needed an accountant quickly and BI Accountancy were recommended to me. From the outset they were professional, responsive and gave excellent service.

On top of being quick to react and work with me to meet my needs they continued to provide fantastic advice and work with me in a timely manner.

Would highly recommend. Thanks Zac for all your efforts.

Michael was my accountant for several years. He is always extremely calm and helpful and an absolute delight to work with. He replies extremely quickly and is always positive. I highly recommend him.

After moving to Bright Ideas & dealing with Thomas and the team, I can safely say I will never look back. They are knowledgeable, professional and above all approachable with my many queries! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my accounts & cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!

Michael has been my accountant for the past three years and has always been very prompt and very clear in explaining things to me. This year in particular, due to my ineptitude and despite polite reminders I only contacted him on 28 Jan with a request to do my self-assessment. He still managed to do it and submitted it on Saturday 30 Jan, including making a last minute change after I forgot to supply a detail. Very impressed!

Michael at BI Accountancy has been my accountant for about 4 years now and throughout that time has always gone the extra mile for me. He always replies extremely quickly to emails, and gives thorough and useful answers to all my queries, and explains me through all the different aspects I need to know about business accounts and FreeAgent etc.

I thoroughly recommend using BI Accountancy, extremely happy with the service, thanks guys!
