Very impressed with Bewley Homes!
My wife and I and our young daughter recently moved into our new Bewley home at Kings Water and have been really impressed. The sales team were approachable, friendly and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. Since moving in, the aftercare team have been quick to respond and easy to deal with, which has made settling in much easier.
The build quality is solid, and the attention to detail is clear throughout. The development itself is peaceful and well designed, with plenty of green space. Overall, we’re very happy with our new home and would definitely recommend Bewley to others!

We’ve recently moved into our new Bewley Home at King’s Water and couldn’t be happier! From our first visit, the sales team were so welcoming, friendly and knowledgable and they made the whole buying process smooth and stress-free.
The aftercare and site team have also been great which really makes such a difference when you’re settling in.
Our home is beautifully built with a quality finish. The development itself is peaceful, surrounded by greenery, and thoughtfully laid out. We’re so glad we chose Bewley Homes and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a new home!

Beautiful development and friendly staff
The team on site at Kings Water, Ashton Keynes were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the development and the local area and showed us around the stunning show home. We were also greeted by the local wildlife as a deer ran across the field behind the property while we were there. It was also really helpful to be able to see the development in full in the sales office on their virtual tour of the site and to be able to see the location on the different house types.

Beautiful Bewley at Kings Water, Ashton Keynes
Bewley Homes are truly a fantastic company to deal with - from their idyllic location at Kings Water in Ashton Keynes on the edge of the Cotswolds - to the professional sales team of Danielle and Clint who are the most engaging, experienced and informative team members.
The layout of the properties is well planned, beautifully designed and they have thought of everything - topped off with fabulous views and a gated community … what’s not to love?

We are very happy with our new home
We are very happy with our new home. The house seems to be well built with quality finishes. Post moving in the service from Bewley has been very good, with some lovely unexpected things like the hamper and some lovely flowers delivered to us. A couple of snagging things remain to be fixed but overall everything is good.

We purchased an apartment from Bewley Homes. It has been nothing but trouble from the start, when Bewley refused to complete the snagging list. Still finding things wrong that Bewley created due to shoddy workmanship!

Excellent, personable, friendly sales team who helped me in every step of the way purchasing my new home on my own.
Excellent site team making sure every part of the build of the house was top quality.
The location of King’s Water and attention to detail of house positions means that houses are not over looked, they are spaced into clusters so that it is easy to make friends and build communities.

Kings Water a beautiful site and fantastic sales advisor
What a wonderful experience we had when recently visiting the King’s Water sales office in Ashton Keynes, my partner and I are looking to downsize and went in on the off chance, and what a beautiful site! We were greeted by a remarkable young man called Clint who is apart of the sales team, he was visibly busy on our arrival as had a meeting taking place as well as the phone ringing in the background, however he still found time to give us a wonderful detailed overview of the site and show us the showhome which is a home of dreams! We had a look at a finished 3 bed which had been built, we had such a great experience, he was very polite, calm and explained the site so well, it was a refreshing approach to selling! Wonderful representation of the company and he deserves a pay rise! Site is stunning and the homes by the lakes will be special, we would highly recommend and will be back when the site advances further, we have our eye on a bungalow by the lakes.
