I've done two presentations for my girlfriend in Dubai so far and have never been disappointed. My girlfriend has always loved what I sent her; it's always been beautiful.

Dear Munashe,
We receive a new shipment of fresh flowers every morning and we always use the freshest flowers in all our arrangements, including your order. The outer petals of purple roses always have a hint of green, darker purple or brown giving them an antiqued look. Hence we call this arrangement purple roses in 'Vintage'. We are sorry to see that you have given us a 2 star rating for our flowers. Hope you could reconsider your rating and order from us again.
