Great service, bad up-front price information.
Great packaging, quick correspondence and fast delivery. You get what you pay for. The only problem is the information about what it actually costs. Required insurance, fees etc add up to much more than what the price estimations on the webpage tell you. If just that information would be added, this would be a perfect service.

I'm at a loss for what I've received.
I had purchased a display figure (which are extremely delicate) so I opted for protective shipping to insure that my item arrived to me safely. Instead, I received a badly damaged, broken and lazily packed item that left me heartbroken. I don't understand how things got this bad. The shipping box itself is in decent condition, but the figure's box was caved in and the plastic mold was absolutely torn and in pieces. Due to this, the arms of my figure had broken off and I've had to repair it myself with glue.
I can understand the possibility of it not being your fault, that due to the manufacturer's poor plastic mold and lack of safety precautions, it's was more susceptible to break. However, what I don't understand is if the figure arrived like this to your warehouse and you aren't responsible for the damages, WHY didn't you communicate this with me that it was damaged??? You took it out of its box and took a picture, sure, but it wasn't the best of quality to identify any faults on my end. The bubble wrapping was weak and most of the air cushions were deflated. I'm so disappointed and it's a shame because the customer service communication and process itself was quite adequate. In fear of having future purchases arrive at my doorstep in pieces, I won't be using this service again. I'm simply unwilling to take that risk.

It left our warehouse and was handed to the carrier in perfect condition. We cannot unfortunately guarantee how the package was carried and how it was processed through customs.

I had a very pleasant experience with their parcel forwarding services. BetweenBox is the service to choose if/when one needs to get help redirecting shipments from France. They are súper communicative, thorough, and courteous. From a few online reviews, I made my decision, and now I’m a believer. Had an “only deliver in the EU” situation and they took care of everything to ensure my receipt in the USA. Recommended.
