We’re delighted to hear that you’re enjoying your yoga classes and that our staff are making such a positive difference during your visits.
Adult pool review.
Good reception staff especially Vanessa who competently and calmly helped me through the online joining and booking system on several occasions. Very affordable Swimming For Health for older clients.
Extremely helpful and respectful poolside staff providing physical assistance especially Connor today. Clean with limitations of inevitable limescale accumulation in this hard water area. Therefore poolside staff are limited in what they can achieve without more frequent commercial limescale removal and deep clean of all surfaces and wet/dry interchange mats. Otherwise I would score 4.5 - 5 speaking for pool facilities only last 8 months since joining.

Hello Sue,
Thank you for your comments and feedback.

Just poor.
Really bad members - swearing, entering the gate behind me, no staff presence, classes shorter than advertised, limited gym equipment.

Can you clarify which waiting list you joined, as I am unsure which invitation you received?

enjoyed the gym induction however….
Really enjoyed the gym induction and session at the gym.
I booked a badminton court for the Monday only to receive an email Monday morning saying it had been cancelled.
I logged on and managed to book a different court.
When I arrived I found the reason for my booking being cancelled was the holiday club wanted to use the court so they cancelled my booking. I don’t think this was acceptable as they should have just moved my booking to another court rather then cancelling it. I think it was poor management and rude.

Hi Philippa,
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
We're glad to hear you enjoyed the gym induction and session. However, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by your badminton court booking. We understand how frustrating it must have been to have your booking cancelled without a direct alternative offered.
Your comments about the management of the court bookings and communication are important to us, and we will review our procedures to ensure this situation is handled more smoothly in the future. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to provide you with a better experience next time.
If you have any further concerns or would like to discuss this in more detail, please feel free to reach out to us directly.
Kind regards,

Joe is an inspirational member of your team! He helped me at my lowest and even had the respect to pull in a corner to talk privately and reassured me he would resolve. This is an exceptional trait to have and for him to be so young and understand you need to listen first before taking action was very nice to see. An asset to your company. Thank you Joe!
I also want to recognise Theo who is always very approachable and always passes on messages to ensure I was called. He is always very courteous and is always willing to help. Strong and confident leader in the making!! Thank you Theo!
