Friendly
Everyone who worked at Kentish was absolutely amazing - very friendly and helpful. Wanted us to have a good experience (unlike some other Leisure centers I've been to in London). Facilities are a bit tired but not horrible.

Kentish Town Gym is a great community…
Kentish Town Gym is a great community centre with a brilliant timetable of classes. Polina is an incredible asset to the team and when she's not running her tough but fun Circuit classes, she's tidying up, showing new members how to (safely) use the equipment and being on hand to give workout advice. Some of the Pilates/Yoga classes are overbooked and getting mat space can be problematic... maybe a couple more sessions (plus core) would help...but it's a generally positive place to visit.

Great place to swim
I go swimming in the Kentish Town Grafton pool twice a week and I really enjoy it. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the pool is clean and bright, they offer lessons and women only sessions which are both really helpful, and there is enough space in the changing rooms which are generally clean as well. The showers are hot, there is a small machine to wring out your swimming costume well, they have disabled changing rooms and equipment and have noodles and other swimming aids.
I would have given it five stars but there are only four showers in the women's changing rooms and one is always out of order it seems. So there is often a queue, which can become quite cold in the winter.

Kentish town pools are some of the best…
Kentish town pools are some of the best London pools. First of all, especially when compared to Cally Pool and Archway, they are clean, so are the changing rooms.
Second, the pools are lovely looking and swimming teachers seem nice.
During the swimming lessons, parents can sit and watch from behind a glass window.

Nice place for a workout at Kentish Town Leisure Centre
I enjoy going to the gym. However there are a few things that could be. improved:
1. The adductor/abductor machine is still out of order.
2. The leg press is still out of order.
3. The water fountain by the studio is out of order.
4. The touchpoints at the ends of the swimming pool lanes could do with a clean.
Otherwise all is good.

At the moment it seems no one is…
At the moment it seems no one is managing or care about the gym. Some of the equipments are broken. One of the leg presses out of order at least for three months. The place looks dirty and untidy . The toilet smells very bad and the shower area looked never been cleaned for a while. One of the water fountain is not working and the other the filer is not changed for sometime despite I mentioned it couple of times Generally the gym / the center needs active managers to address all the issues I mentioned. .
