Bring coins for the locker
First time I’ve been to this, for me this is the alternative to Gurnell, Ealing. I used the steam & sauna facilities, very clean. Unlike other expensive gyms, you don’t need to be member, so this gives you more flexibility. You can book online. Bring coins for the locker & parking. Staff are friendly & helpful

Excellent customer service and support to help resolve the membership issues. Generous concession offer for disabled people to use the facilities to do exercise regularly.

Osteoporosis and Asthma have made my health journey, urgent
I have had osteoporosis for a number of years and also asthma. Despite looking ok on the outside, I have been deteriorating slowly on the inside. I am now doing my best to regain some muscle and strength so have some far used the fitness studio.
