Community feel
Community feel, great team, and a lovely place to come and work out.
The work the team have undertaken to keep the gym open whilst being renovated, was no mean feat, and deserves immense credit.
Thank you!

The friendliest local gym with the best equipment!
I've been a member of this gym for 8 years now and love it. The renovation has been fab - the equipment is brand new, in great condition and has so many different machines. The staff are so friendly and welcoming too, I know I can always ask for help and be given great advice.

Staff are welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Is a non intimidating gym, nice and low key. As I woman that's my main priority so I really like it. Nice and clean. Good changing rooms, not too busy, a well laid out gym in my opinion.
