Very poor attendance performance
Very poor attendance performance. It seems that none knows the exact procedure for joining activity’s group for children’s.
I wish there were more coordination between staff members and a clear information for so parent on what to do next after any step.

We understand how important it is for parents to receive clear, consistent information when signing their children up for activities, and how confusing it can be when guidance differs between staff members.
Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We appreciate your feedback and are apologise that the process hasn’t been as straightforward as it should be.

They stole my money!
I booked a party back in May and ordered some additional platters of food for the adults. On the day, we were informed that they had unavailability of one of our platters so we requested a refund. We were told my management to go through the online refund process. We were told that they couldn't centrally process the refund and that we had to go through the centre. I call the manager and was informed he would process the refund. The refund never came. I further complained to the call centre who "investigated" and the response back after a week was "unfortunately they do not make refunds for dish availability. The centre mentioned that it is stated when customers book.". Firstly in none of my correspondence or T&C's can I see this stated. Secondly, what a weird thing to state, so basically you are free to just steal my money. Thirdly, I went and spoke to several people about this refund, and not one of them mentioned this so feel like a poor excuse to not process a refund that is sue to me. Unacceptable. I paid for items which were not provided. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 I am still demanding a refund. A very disgruntled customer.

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are very sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration regarding the refund for food items that were not available at your party.
We appreciate how disappointing it must have been to be informed on the day that part of your order could not be provided, only to then experience difficulties and conflicting information when trying to obtain a refund. We understand your concerns, particularly given that you were advised on multiple occasions that the matter would be resolved.
Your comments regarding the handling of your refund request, the communication you received from both the centre and customer service teams, and your concerns about the booking terms and conditions have been noted. We recognise the importance of clear and consistent communication, especially when resolving issues of this nature.
We are sorry that this experience has left you feeling let down and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Your feedback will be shared with the relevant management team for review.
Warm Regards,
Hazal
Great place for the community
I use the Gym a lot. It is very good, especially the functional area. They have updated their equipment as well over the last few years.
Great place for kids as well with trampoline park and soft play.
Only downside I can think of are the changing room showers. Last few times I went, they were not clean at all.
Also there are no real shower cubicles.

Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback.
We’re really pleased to hear that you enjoy using the gym, especially the functional area, and that you’ve noticed the improvements and updates to the equipment over time. It’s also great to know the wider facilities, including the trampoline park and soft play, are making it a great place for families.
We’re sorry to hear about the condition of the changing room showers during your recent visits. Cleanliness is very important to us, and we understand how this can impact your experience. We also appreciate your comments regarding the lack of private shower cubicles, as this is valuable feedback.
Your comments will be shared with the centre team so they can review cleaning standards and facility provision.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts.

I like the environment of the gym(Barking sports house & gym). It's really maintained very well.just really disappointed with two things the WiFi doesn't work in the gym area in upstairs and they close very early in weekend time at 6pm . Because many of the people may work on weekends if the gym will open bit late then it will be so helpful for everyone who does work on weekends I believe .

limited exercise equipment
The gym is clean and beautiful, but it has limited exercise equipment. Many popular gym machines that are even found in regular gyms are not available here. There is even enough space to accommodate these machines. Some of the gym’s equipment is broken, but no one repairs them, which is another drawback.

We need a smith machine
Wonderful gym, staff are nice, classes are fun, all floors have a good space for workout. But would make my stay at this gym permanent is if the could have a smith machine. Please add this to the gym especially on the ground floor as there is space for such if you remove one of the barbell stations downstairs. SMITH MACHINE 2026!!!

First floor gym
I mostly use the gym on the first floor it has great equipment, it would be nice if there was another cable machine like the one near the water fountain. The layout could be better as there is a lot of wasted space could have more equipment. The staff I have came across and spoke to are very friendly and helpful. Entry system needs improving as the gate is always open so anyone could slip through when the receptionist is busy. Other than that it seems a great place.
