Honestly where do i start with this site. First of all i am not talking out of my pocket i have my wins and i have my losses i am always Transparent when i write a review of somewhere/something but this jesus christ is the worst betting site known to man! First of all you have to pay to actually deposit your own money which is obviously not a good thing. Second of all the site itself is actually cra*! It freezes constantly and logs you out. When you sign back in and go to place a bet it says you aren’t logged in but then your balance is showing at the top etc. And it will take about 5-10 minutes to allow you to place a bet again. Then after that for example if you are betting on the horses say you do £10 on a horse then 10 minutes later you decide you would like to put another bet on that same horse of even £5 it will some times say you’ve reached your max limit to bet on that selection (even though you haven’t requested a limit or enabled one.) there is no best odds guaranteed on horses or greyhounds. The actual prices of horses for example are always less than any other betting site. Then this is the biggest one for me that put me off this site for life and made me give my first ever review for a betting site as i have never had a problem with any other site ever. So, i placed a bet on a horse in a certain race about half an hour before it started. I then decided i wanted to place another on it and it actually let me it took my money but it wasn’t showing the bet on my open bets. So i tried to navigate onto the homepage and it said the site was under maintenance (for the 2nd night in a row) so i couldn’t access my account at all for roughly 2 hours. When i could finally access my account again i had a balance where the money had been taking for the 3 bets i had placed but on my settled bets only one had been placed i contacted them and they added the winnings for the bet that been settled but i hadn’t actually received my winnings for but there was no sign of other 2 bets that i had done on that same horse. So i asked them what the hell has happened to those 2 bets as they aren’t on my open or settled bets and they was asking me for the bet reference ID. I said how can i get that if i can’t locate the bets that’s the reason i am contacting as i can’t locate them and you’ve took the money for them. The guy i spoke to called ‘Nikolai’ was the rudest most unhelpful person i have ever spoke to in my life he didn’t understand what i was saying then had the cheek to say to me ‘you don’t understand what you’re talking about’ i am currently going through a dispute with them as they know damn right they’ve took my money from 2 winnings bets i should of been paid out for or at the very least refund my money due to your cra*! site being under maintenance and being unusable. Honestly where you want new customer offers or just a new site i can not emphasise it as much to stay away from this site they will literally make your winnings bets dissapear if you do make the decision of using it i would seriously screenshot every bet you place as i wish to god i would of. But then again i couldn’t even get onto my open bets due to the site being sha**ed! I am personally going to make it my mission to keep as many people away from these cowboy thiefs as possible! You absolute scam artists!!

Wasn't going to bother depositing once I'd seen they charge for the privilege but site had decent reviews so eventually did. Only just noticed the 5 star reviews are people's only reviews on here and are all written in same type of way. Totally fake in my opinion.

Made £40 off roulette wanted to do a boxing/darts double but wasn't allowed to combine in a double which is a bad start. Decent sporting options and markets though.
