I received 2 containers of protein powder that were crushed in transport. When I got ahold of customer service this morning, the Peterson was friendly and helpful. I went through a simple process if sending photos of the damaged products and it was handled right away.

These guys are awesome I would definitely buy from again.... The item I ordered was out of stock not coming back in.... It was already paid for when they notified me I need to change my order..... My new product was a little bit more expensive..... That didn't charge me extra they just sent it... Best price nutrition is a real class act.!!✨️. Thank you!!

My order was delivered in a timely manner! Absolutely love their Anavar, my body is toning up nicely and my strength and endurance has increased majorly! This company has kept me updated the whole time before receiving my order and also contacted to make sure I had received my order.

Received my order in the time it was stated. I personally use the next day air. It costs a bit more but I've never had any issues with that. I am paying to keep my older body up to par so I figure why not throw in a few extra. To me it's worth it. Definitely will order more in the future.

Placed my order, was contacted to inform me that my order was out of stock and was given a couple options, I chose to wait for my order to become available again and so I waited a week or two and got my products as ordered. They followed up to make sure I got it and was satisfied. All in all a positive experience. -

Avoid this place
I have placed several orders from this company. Once the order is placed they do not send you any tracking information. On two separate occasions my orders did not show up. Each time I had to call and was informed that my product was out of stock. I asked them if I would have been informed of this had I not called and they said probably not. They offered no compensation for their poor customer service. Don’t order from here. You can find the same products cheaper on other sites

Hi Colt - The first order, we did ship it out the very day you placed your order. We have an automated tracking information email that goes out as soon as it is scanned. We do know that this sometimes goes to customer's spam boxes, but it did go out. With the second order, we do apologize about that one. Looks like it was on backorder from a company we normally get shipments weekly. We are working on making sure that type of thing no longer happens. Hope this better explains it. I will be reaching out via email as well.

Online order was processed and shipped in a timely manner. I received my order in the estimated shipping timeline - nothing to complain about here. I would certainly purchase from Best Price Nutrition again.
