Lecturer knew what he was teaching very well and used various examples to create scenarios related to the course content.

Enjoyed the course and found the trainer to have an engaging and lively delivery style. There is a lot of content to process (and learn!) during the 3 days and be prepared to live and breathe Prince 2 during every day and evening! However the course materials allowed for effective preparation for the exam. Make lots of notes, ask questions and do the sample questions. You will succeed!

The instructor made what could be a rather dull subject very interesting with a range of relevant examples.

The course was expertly and enthusiastically delivered by Harminder. I thoroughly enjoyed the course and although all the necessary topics and content required were relatively straightforward to follow and very well explained, the only difficulty I found was that the pace of the course required a lot of dedication and out-of-ours work in order to gain confidence in such a short timeframe. Ideally there would be more time to plan and structure the 'study' side of the course (neatly documenting notes taken during the day and planning study guides etc. was virtually impossible) and would have been less stressful given more time to prepare.

Despite this (relatively minor point), I would still firmly recommend the course to others. Just make sure you keep your evenings free!

Excellent delivery of what I had honestly expected to be a very dry subject.

This course was excellent with a trainer who expertly explained complex concepts in a way that made them easily understandable. Even though there was so much to learn in such a short space of time, I really enjoyed it and I've learnt so much. I feel I could go and manage a project with confidence now

The trainer was very experienced and knowledgeable in both the subject and the objectives of the course, this coupled with the very easy to follow and engaging course delivery led to an enjoyable and profitable experience.

Best Practice themselves were very helpful and prompt throughout the booking. It was a little short notice that my original training dates were changed and location re -arranged. I am certain this was unavoidable due to demand and the Best Practice team were on hand to assist with the changes.
On my paper evaluation handed in towards the end of the training on Thursday - I mentioned some issues with keeping up/following the training in the manual itself, whilst the trainer Julia took us through the work book. I feel we could have been advised on where i nthe book to follow - along with using the work books - this would aid us going into the Practitioner exam.
There were also some concerns with the work books. There was a lot of material, which was really great stuff. However, due to the pace there was a lot we did not cover or be assigned with as homework. This did concern me as I felt there was a lot we did not cover, but were almost being exposed to. Some more specific information around what we were being given but not being told to refer to would have helped. I felt left with information I should know, but wouldn't be taught.
Some of the exercises within the work books also called upon information that was unavailable from the information provided -therefore we were asked to 'make it up'. When referring to the answers and rationale - some of the answers were from no where and we could not locate their reference in the materials provided. This was a little unnerving and could have been made clearer at the beginning of the course.
I was also only advised to tab a couple of diagrams and not asked to tab in a specific way or to add/hand draw any specific diagrams into my manual. This is not what I was expecting. I was advised my several friends/colleagues who have completed the course that I would need to follow strict instructions on tabbing and hand drawing certain diagrams into my book. I did ask the trainer a couple of times and I was assured as long as I tabbed what I felt appropriate, along with a couple of specifics she referred to as 'magic pages' - I would be fine. It is a shame it is inconsistent with others and I do hope that it doesn't hinder me should I need to re-take or when completing my re-certification in a few years.
Overall the trainer was very knowledgeable and offered great examples of her previous work that she has applied the method. A lot was rammed in to a few days and I did learn a lot.

The PRINCE2 foundation and practitioner course was excellent, the trainers knowledge and delivery of the training was second to none. The trainer had a Wealth of knowledge and experience in the subject covered, which lead to a very good delivery of the course content. I felt motivated and engaged through out.

The refreshments provided were also fantastic.

Just did the Prince 2 Qualification with them. Great teaching, quality and informative handouts. Best of all great lunch/cake and tea making facilities.

The trainer, Jim, was very informative and I can tell that he knows his stuff.

The course was foundation which was why it had very little practical parts to it.

I found it informative but also felt that it lacked something to keep me focused, It may have just been me as everyone else seemed to take it in quite easily where as I felt like It wasn't sinking in.

I would say that having a more practical side to it despite it being a foundation course would be beneficial for people like me to keep us engaged and focused.

It was an excellent course, well taught, well presented. Very interestingly formatted and good new techniques introduced for programme mgmt.

Good venue, really knowledgeable trainer with so much experience she was able to engage with all members of the group

Food and treatment was great, our tutor was a nice guy that clearly knows what he is doing, however, the course should be 5 days instead of 3 IMO.

The course was of a boring nature and whilst the tutor was very friendly and knowledgeable, it could have been taught better. The course was a 3 day course which needed to be a 5 day course due to the volume of information and it became a case of information over load. The exam was paper based and not online and I have no idea why. The materials were good but had errors in them including missing graphics, spelling and grammar mistakes and missed basics like a contents page.

Although professional the training was conducted in quite a relaxed manner which made it less stressful and actually made it easier to assimilate the information. The trainer was very knowledgeable and expressed the importance of the key elements extremely well.
He was also very good at retaining your interest and splitting the day up into different mediums to ensure our focus remained throughout the day.
My experience in these types of courses is that the training is structure to get you through the exam rather than teaching you the subject, but this was not the case in this session.

Although there was a lot of information to take in over a relatively short period, it wasn't excessive. Training exercises and example test papers were useful in setting the scene for the actual exam,
The trainer was helpful and personable and made the course an enjoyable experience overall

PRINCE2 training was delivered to a very high standard, course handouts were excellent and I found the experience very valuable for my work and career.

Tutor was very knowledgeable and structured the training well. I particularly liked that we were a small group which enabled useful discussion but without too much time consuming distraction.

Overall a great learning experience, with a real emphasis on delegate satisfaction.
I was paying for the training from my own pocket and was therefore very conscious of getting real value from the course.
I was not disappointed......
