prompt delivery no problems
i got 4 mini bombs 2 for front room one for hallway and another for the bedroom. i only descovered the bugs just before i ordeerd the bombs. most have been killed but some must still be around as i am being bitten still so i have orderd 8x mini bombs lol. 4 for front room where i found em 2 for hallway n 2 for bedroom, i havent seen or found any in the bedroom so bed bugs is a bit of a mistake as they can live in any small gaps in wall paper chairs e.t.c. in any room. wish me luck =]

as yet I cannot comment.
The device appeared to be non functioning and when I telephoned the help desk I was immediately promised a replacement in the next post. If the device is really as good as the after sales service then I should have no problems

v good service
i am not tottally sure if the device works yet, we pointed it at a cat and the cat did not move! I like the looks of it and the sounds are horrible. i will stick with it for now.

Very prompt and efficient service
We bought three bird repeller products - owl, falcon and bird spikes. All arrived within 3 days, well-packed, andnow installed. Earl;y days, but they seem to have scared away most of our collar doves!! I would definitely buy again fromt his website.

Item not receoved
The post office left a card saying they tried to deliver the product. A phone call was made asking them to deliver it again. It was not delivered so an email was sent to Best Pest Control asking them to check if the item was returned to them.
I have not heard anything from them. Very dissapointed with the level of service

Most of the time, the Post Office won't re-deliver, you have to collect parcels from the sorting office. In this case, we haven't yet had the goods returned but it can take several weeks.
I get most orders dispatched within 1 working day. It's a shame when my prompt service is let down by circumstances outside of my control.

Good company but..
I am having a problem with too many pigeons in a private city car park. A friend of mine, who just happens to come from a farming backround, recommended that I purchase a decoy bird of prey to scare them. I went on line and found "bestpestcontrol.co.uk" and duly ordered a decoy falcon. Delivery was very quick- thank you!
However, this product has been of absolutely zero benefit. The pigeons are not at all bothered by this decoy bird of prey. Unfortunately, this exercise has been a waste of time and money.

For many customers, as some reviews show, the decoy Falcons work very well. For others, as in this case, they don't. Pigeons are a pain to get rid of and results vary widely.
City and town based Pigeons are the most difficult to move as nothing seems to scare them. Better results seem to be from customers in rural locations.

hi, cat repeller been fitted for nearly 2 weeks now. Still cats fouling in our garden.No obstructions in front of sensor and range is less than 12 metres,cannot understand why it is not doing the job.

Product arrived on time very quick service.
Used product same day it arrived. bugs found in childs room. followered all the instructions given. matteress cover purchased also. Unfortunately last night found three bed bugs in bedding and crawling up the base of bed. I think they may be in the skirting boards.. So last night used the last of the smoke bombs and sprayed around the skirting closed the door and return in the morning to find a few baby bugs dead. Not sure if this is the end or not I hope so!!! Frustrated customer

Works very well as described
There is no doubt it works and i have 1.5acres and it cleared all the magpies etc.
However, the paint is comming off the decoy for some reason revealing the black plastic below.

Hi there were lots of bugs in my flat but when we use the smoke bomb on Thursday it was ok but unfortunately today I noticed some more in the cupboard of my kitchen when I actually cleaned every thg. I just Dnt know what go do.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
the site and ordering were easy to use and it was delivered the next day by royal mail even though i didn't opt for special delivery. I hope the product if as efficient at keeping cats off my garden as the company who sent it.

Used the boms and Natural powder -Spray
Well desperate i am about bed bug.Sorry it did not work.I have used 10 cans of spray also.I am allergic to the bites and my GP is treating me with cortizone.What more can i do.Where am i going wrong.Help.

This customers order was for 1 very small bottle of spray and 4 smoke bombs (NOT 10 cans). This small order is never going be be sufficient to get rid of a Beds Bugs in one go.
My advice is always to buy a bed bug proof mattress encasement. This helps break the life cycle of eggs being laid then hatching out.
