I am a returning customer so Best Egg already had all of my information. It took almost a month to get this approved and funded. Very frustrating. Then the chatbot, and live chat were worthless. I ended up calling and speaking with three different agents. They seemed confused and all of them gave me different information and direction. Frustrating. Today I received notice that more info was required. I logged on to Best Egg and it says congratulations! Your loan is funded...yet the new loan is not available on my dashboard...only the last paid off loan is visible. This time around was a dismal experience!!!

Was able to purchase a emergency septic system replacement immediately without wait time at the bank or house refinancing for the funds...

I haven't a complaint, the process was painless. I had the funding in my account before I received thier email informing me I was approved. I paid off the higher interest CC and such. If you have an inkling you are in need of some funding to remove some stress from your life, take a chance, you never have to commit until you feel comfortable.

I have had multiple loans with Best Egg. My experience has always been great. However, on my most recent application I ran into a few snags in regards to proof of income. Luckily, the representative, Millie, was knowledgeable, patient, and super helpful. She took the time to address my circumstance and explained exactly which documents I needed to complete the application. She did not make me feel like a burden. She also told me to contact her early the next day after I had uploaded the documents. I appreciated her consistency and follow through. Whether I get an approval for the loan or not, I had to give her the appropriate recognition...thank you so much Millie! You're a Rockstar! Please give her a raise !!

I wish you all would make it easier for your loan applicants to access their loan funds after being approved I been trying to get to this site forever
