On 4/4/2026 I learned best egg credit card, charge me a new interest rate of 33.9% without informing of this. I never heard of interest charge protected, no letter ever send to me in reference to this charge. I advise not to apply for this credit card with this company because they charges all kind of fees without you knowing. So I closing this credit card with Best egg immediately.

Although the process was easy, you pay for it in interest…..never ending interest charges is taking advantage of the consumer! I feel taken advantage of!!!! Never again!!!!

The funds was deposited in my account timely. I used to pay down credit cards. I did not want to do no debt consolidation. That's a rip off. I did it before and I can tell you, I would not do it again. I prefer taking out a loan an paying monthly 🙃 everything is about making money. I highly recommend best egg. The customer service was excellent.

I also like others here tried to get a personal loan too. I dont know they asks for birth certificate, im a usa citizen. They asks for things like drivers license, birth certificate, utility bill, bank info and so forth to which I provided in documents. Best egg states; "As outlined on our website, loans are subject to final verification of identity, information submitted on your application, and credit information." These are the same rules that apply on other websites. I applied on another, and had no issue getting a loan. Either ways, their lost because I pay everything I owe. This is just ridiculous, I felt they were being bias. What a waist of time.

This loan company is terrible, we were in a tight position so my husband took out a 30% interest loan which is incredibly high so we finally were able to get a loan with a better rate and pay it off, after paying off the 25k loan they still charged us an extra 150 dollars for only they know what totally ridiculous the whole thing do not use this company they rape your bank acct

I didn't have do anything. You people have been great to me, and I feel I been loyal to you also. Just done the paperwork online and was done.

I would never do business with this company they tell you one thing and they do another they say oh all credits accepted that's a lie it's just a scam to get all your information so they can hack it and still your information still your identification definitely would not trust if you lie about accepting all credits to your lie about anything
