They cheat and steal a lot. Once they get the money, you can't get it back at all.

They promise they'll find an exam date quickly, but they don't before you start. They claim to have a lot of cancellations, but they lie; they don't.

I joined them in August 2025, but they couldn't find me on any day.

They always offer you a place you dont know if you want or very far days, and when you refuse, they say, "We already offered it," and you always refuse.

After I asked them for a refund, they don't always want to; they just offer you what they have. At the last minute, I found another place called Diamond. They'll find you much earlier than BDS Ltd. It's much cheaper and faster. As soon as I found this company, I told them I'd start at a different place because of the date they promised, which wasn't going to happen. I kept begging for a last-minute refund, i paied them £692.98, and they gave me back half of price what i payed. Even when I asked what this was, she charged a special fee to the lady named Yolanda, and her tongue feeling prickly because she had no explanation. She said that Christopher would explain and that this is happen on December 8, 2025. please don't put yourselves at risk.

I booked a priority driving test with BDS Driving London back in February and have been repeatedly promised test dates but none were ever confirmed. Despite paying extra for priority booking, the service has been terrible. Different staff members gave me conflicting information and empty promises, causing a lot of frustration and wasted time. Eventually, after months of delays, they apologized and asked for my bank details to issue a refund. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend their services.

The account manager was lovely but the service is chaotic.

The cars keep breaking down, leading to cancelled classes and significant delays.

They charge £400 for access to a few videos - when there is a lot of high quality content for free on YouTube.

The instructors aren't vetted, leading to some ethically questionable practices.

And the school claims to refund any monies for unused lessons, but they still hold on to over £1,000 I spent which they refuse to return.

I feel like I’ve dodged a bullet with this company. Contacted them as it’s near impossible to book a driving test with the DVLA and thought an intense course would help me finesse my driving and pass faster.

I was contacted by their Client manager Raquel, who informed me they had a Christmas offer and test dates available as close as February. I didn’t feel like the offer of 10 hours of lessons would be enough, so enquired about other packages available with guaranteed pass.

Rachel seemed dismissive of any offer while actually stating “those courses are for people who need to pass almost ‘life and death’….they’re very expensive and you probably don’t have the time/funds”

I was rather shocked/insulted by her reply. I was looking for the best package in order to pass.

I was told that once I had met my allocated driving instructor, they would inform me whether 10/hr would be enough. This was strange to me as I would be paying upfront for a course that may not be suitable. When I asked about how much extra hours would be, I was told £44 which is a considerable amount higher than most instructors. When I questioned this, Raquel passive aggressively replied “Oh goodness, well I guess they do not offer the service that we do”

Up until that point the so called service hadn’t been about anything but trying to get money for a package that even she didn’t know was suitable for me. Why would I pay for something that wasn’t an intense course at all, with providers that didn’t seem to care if you passed or not. If you fail you then end up being over charged for extra lessons, while having to then pay for another test and car hire. Their so called intense course isn’t a course at all as they can’t even confirm before payment how many hours/days or weeks it will take.

Avoid.

Best Driving School of London is an excellent company that provided me with an exceptional service.
The staff are very professional and helpful. I was assigned with a very nice lady called Pat who went above and beyond to help me every step of my journey to passing my driving test. Thank you Pat.
I would also like to thank Carlos my driving instructor, He was an amazing teacher, thanks to him I passed first time.

Once they have your money they don’t care about the service. I waited 27 days after booking for an instructor to contact me. Why would he wait 27 days to contact me then tell me that I needed to be flexible? No consideration or respect for my time or money, that’s why.

2 working days before the intended start date the instructors text message to me finally gave available times of lessons. I had no time to reschedule days with the instructor or annual leave with my employer. I had discussed at length with the booker my availability. She made no attempt facilitate me at all.

Their incompetence and lack of professionalism cost me £162.50. I was unfairly penalised for their poor service. They were very quick to take my money but when things went wrong they took no responsibility for the issue that they had caused and charged me an admin fee of 13%. They didn’t cancel the driving test with DVLA when I instructed them to so I had to do that myself!
This company clearly don't care about their customers or the service that they provide the learner. Only that you pay them.
BE WARNED!!!
