Despite my exacting requirements and frequent phone calls a suitable car was sourced below my stated monthly payment budget. The ordering process was quick and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone searching for a lease car deal.

Kevin found me an electric car for delivery within two weeks of ordering, which felt miraculous considering the waiting times at the moment!

Also, no other broker could get close to the price.

The service from start to finish was brilliant, with regular calls and emails.

I am writing this review after enduring a highly frustrating experience with Best Car Finder, which I had hoped would be my trusted partner for obtaining a new car.

Firstly, the total lack of communication from the company regarding updates about my car was disheartening. After placing my order, I was left in the dark for over a year with no updates whatsoever about the status or expected delivery date of my car. Instead of the company taking the initiative to provide updates, I found myself constantly having to call to get information. Even then, the dates given to me were never stable, and each call just resulted in further delays.

Once the car's delivery date was finally confirmed a year later, I was confronted with numerous unexpected changes. My monthly car payments increased by an additional £25, the deposit amount was suddenly higher, and my mileage limit was considerably reduced. This was a far cry from what we initially agreed upon and it felt as though the company was not honouring its commitment to me.

Best Car Finder did promise a silver lining - a refund of my documentation fee. However, even after chasing this up in January with an employee named Adam who assured me he would sort it out, I have yet to hear anything back or see any signs of the refund.

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Best Car Finder. The lack of proactive communication, the continuous shifting of delivery dates, and the unexpected changes to the agreed terms are not acceptable in a professional setting. I am still waiting on my documentation fee refund which I was promised months ago.

I strongly urge anyone considering using Best Car Finder to take my experience into account. I sincerely hope that no one else has to endure such an ordeal.

Ordered a Yaris Cross in June 2022 from BCF based on reviews. Almost 12 months on and still no word on delivery. Initially told that COVID had upset the supply chain but is that really still the case (?) because I’m reading of people on this review website having popular cars being delivered within a reasonable time. Feel I’m being led a merry dance. Happy to rescind this negative review once I know the true reason for the delay.
14 June 23 - BCF (Shanelle) responded very quickly to this issue and I am now taking delivery of the car in July '23 which I originally ordered on 8 June '22. Not really interested in why its taken this long and I'm sure there's a story, but which story is another matter. Well done Shanelle. We got there in the end.
