Delivery, product and price were fine. My only complaint was that when the camera was delivered there was no mention with the package of the £20 cash back offer from CASIO. This was a big selling point for me, to make their price competitive, and I had to email the company to ask for instructions as to how to apply. Although I eventually reveived a cheque from CASIO, I felt that they should have been upfront about this process from the beginning.

i ordered late at night-next day was told item was not in stock. i e-mailed to clarify and recv'd a reply the same day. 2 days later i was told stock had arrived and i received a text the following morning to say package would be delivered that day or i could pick an alternative. to be kept up to date and receive such prompt action is a refreshing change. and the price was very competetive as well.

I placed my order on Monday afternoon just before Christmas. I was given a choice of 3 days for delivery with a one hour time slot for my convenience. On Thursday the HD camcorder arrived as per schedule, super price and super service.

Hello, as a customer of bestcameras this company has excelled itself in avery difficult time with the adverse weather conditions we are experiencing. Also DPD couriers were excellent and i compliment bestcameras for duelling their buisiness with this Company. All i can say is a most grateful thanks to Bestcameras you are a credit to the internet. I bought a JVC HD camcorder which came with a free extended warranty and camera case and a free JVC extended warranty and 2 SD cards - brilliant! Even better was the fantastic low price and ease of ordering online. What was truly the icing on the cake was the customer service. The courier forgot to text with a delivery time and the first of saw of him was the van driving away! One call to Rachel and she contacted the courier and had him re-deliver. Absolutely fantastic shopping experience all round - will buy from them away and highly recommend.

They contacted me immediately to tell me the item was out of stock but would send it on the Friday when they expected a delivery and they did that and let me know when to expect delivery and gave me the option of choosing a date to suit me if their date was inconvenient. Their emails were professional, friendly and accurate

Ordering on-line very easy, good value for money. Delivery by DPD was delayed but horrible weather conditions obviously to blame.

I bought a JVC video camera from the Bestcameras website which was at an outstanding price. I was also given a free case and told how to obtain extended warranty and memory cards from JVC.

I was quickly informed that the video camera was out of stock but I still had the camera within a few days. The courier gave me regular updates about the delivery day and time slot.

Excellent company, which I will definitely use again!

Have purchased from this company twice now and on both occasions the service has been excellent.
Telephone enquiries are always dealt with efficiently and politely and the web ordering is also very straightforward.

My first purchase was a Sony Nex5 camera on 16th December last, followed by an order for a telephoto lens yesterday - not the one I would have really liked, but basically that one is unavailable at this time in the UK - so the next best alternative was opted for and delivery was within 24 hours.

I have yet to find a camera company that can beat Best Cameras for 'all round' service and will continue to use them as my preferred supplier.

Ordered camera as Christmas gift online which was simple. Received an email to say awaiting stock next week. Was kept up to date of the stock levels and received a text to moblie at same time as email to say further stock received and would be despatched next day between 11.59 and 12.59. Delivery arrived at 12.25 via the courier service who we found the most courteous of any delivery received. No debit made from my account until goods delivered.

Good prices, helpful telephone staff and a timed delivery service....what more could the consumer ask for ??

Ordered Wednesday, it was confirmed by e-mail and text. Next day had text to say would be delivered between 2 and 3 p.m. It came at 2p.m. Wish other companies operated like this!

Ordered camera over internet which was straight forward and short time later received e-mail to say that the item I had ordered was out of stock but that they were awaiting delivery. The next day I received a text on mobile and also an e-mail to say that the delivery had arrived and they were dispatching it that day and that it would arrive the following day. I also received an e-mail and text to say that it would be delivered that day at a certain time and it duly arrived as stated. The delivery company DPD should also be praised for excellent service. PHONED (SERVICE EXCELLENT) TO CHECK STOCK - CAMERA WAS OUT OF STOCK BUT WAS ADVISED MORE DUE IN 5/6 DAYS.PLACED ORDER - 6 DAYS LATER CAMERA RECEIVED BANG ON TIME AS PROMISED IN EMAIL. (ALSO KEPT IN TOUCH BY MAIL THROUGH THE WHOLE "PROCESS"). FRANKLY, A FAULTLESS TRANSACTION - MANY THANKS.
