I wish if I would have read the reviews before booking with this FRAUD website. Clearly it was written checked in baggage with Air India, while booking. When I called a unprofessional and rude customer care man, who get scared and refused to give me his name said I will be charged £190 on the top for baggage. In the end he hung up on me, when I asked his name. Please Beware of these type of FRAUD companies who gives you best prices to trap you and then charge you for baggage.

FRAUD!!! Terrible experience with them. I purchased 2 Jet Blue tickets with them and also purchased the protection plan for a booking refund if for any reason our trip had to be cancelled. I received an email after booking the flight to contact them as the transaction was still pending and I needed to confirm with my reservation number. Called them and was told the flight is no longer available for that price and that they had to cancel my purchase but would be charging me for the protection plan fee of $141 since I was using that service to change or cancel my tickets. WHAT??? They cancelled it (if it even really existed) and are trying to still charge me the money for the protection plan. Why would they have the flights available on their site for purchase if they truly weren't available. All a big scam, absolutely steer clear of them!!!

Misleading and Unreliable — Demanded £920 Extra
Very disappointed with Bestairfares. After booking a Kuwait Airways flight that clearly had 2 pieces of check-in luggage included (which I have proof of in the form of a screenshot), I was surprised to receive an email asking me to accept terms which stated no luggage or meals were included.
To rub salt into the wound, they then informed me that I would need to pay an extra £920 to have check-in luggage and a meal included! This is outrageous, and even more so since the flight hadn't been reserved.
This is a blatant attempt to extract more money from the customer. This is deceptive, unprofessional, and totally unacceptable.
I strongly advise others to avoid Bestairfares if you expect honesty and transparency. Do not fall for these tricks!

It’s scam, they charged me for 7 tickets and I only get 3 and they refused to give me my money back, I have to contact the airline and let them know what happened and get my money. But yes they are horrible and give me a hard time

now how these guys will play , bank will not delare this as fraud cause the company is registerd . so your money is gone forever
I have launched a compliant with the police dept Uk and delhi police cause he picking up phone from delhi ( my uncle is a police commesioner in lajpat nagar II and we have traced his IP adderess and location )

TOTAL SCAM
This company is a total scam. I booked tickets via Kayak which sent me to BESTAIRFARES. Shame on Kayak! After a month of them telling me my flight would be ticketed any day I tried to get them to cancel and still no luck so I had to work through American Express. The FAA should get involved in this along with the AG. This is an offshore scam. Be careful. At this point American Express is working to get a response.

File an AG complaint
Predatory, untruthful company. They charged for 14 tickets and delivered 3 and refuse to refund for the other 11.
Then they charged for 1 more ticket, sent confirmation and then cancelled 3 days later (verified with airline) but did not notify. We found out when we wanted to check in.
This makes 12 refunds for close to $10K
If you have had a bad experience with this company (or any of its shell company affiliates) - please submit a complaint to the AZ Attorney General (AG). They will only take action if multiple consumers had an issue.
Simply go to AZ AG website and click "file a consumer complaint"

The company promised two flight tickets (received and agreed to their price that was much higher that listed on their website).
e-tickets were to be emailed within 24-48 hours. A full week went by, several calls/emails - still no tickets. Beware of the scammers such as this company.

What a great company and employees
What a great company and experience! I was working with Steve and he made the whole process so simple and stress free. I was worried I was not going to get a wheelchair seat for my mother but Steve took care of the whole thing. Not only was it stress free but it even was cheaper than booking it directly with the airline. Will buy again!

Very disappointed with this company! I should have read the reviews first. Similar story they offered low rates then called back within the hour that all seats were sold out. The flight is 5 months out, not a likely story. Would never recommend do business with them.

Booked with them, received a confirmation after putting in my cc #. then they later sent an email saying airlines did not confirm the price, I missed the 1 email they sent, then we found out two months later that airlines never confirmed the price/flight and ,3 days before our trip 10/8 we find out we do not have a flight. Do not buy from them, I think they just want your identity
