Berry's Jewellers Recenzje 

To celebrate my recovery from a series of heart attacks, I decided to treat myself to my dream watch, a tri-colour Zenith Chronomaster Sport. So, on a planned trip to Yorkshire, we set aside a day to travel to Leeds especially to visit Berry’s Jewellers on Commercial Street, who are Zenith official retailers.
Upon arrival, I excitedly entered the store armed with the appropriate budget & approached a member of staff to enquire about my chosen watch, I was expecting to be shown to a seat, but instead, I was left standing in the corner while a salesman searched his tablet, only to be told that this particular model was no longer available.
He then turned away from me in dismissal & I was allowed to leave the store without being offered to view any alternatives in stock, nor was I asked about my budget or anything else for that matter.
As I left the store, I felt humiliated & insulted. The whole experience both upset me & completely spoiled my entire day. I didn’t even get to see a Chronomaster Sport, even though they had at least two on display in the window.
I was however, allowed to enter the store with my dog, for which they get 1 star!!

The staff were very polite and helpful. Danielle was amazing and i wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Thanks a lot.

Fantastic experience at Berry's in Newcastle. Staff were fab (Lana) as was the guy that helped me today (sorry, didnt catch your name!) Visited many jewelers but was sold on the ring and the awesome service! 11/10 guys!

Sam was fantastic in the Breitling Store in Leeds. Approachable, calm and informative. Allowed me to try on a variety of watches before inevitably making my decision. Fantastic lad and would recommend him to all. Thank you to Louise also, for helping with the admin side and making everything run smoothly!

Great experience buying my Tudor. Emma helped me out, she was so helpful and the overall process was really simple. One thing I really enjoyed was the lack of any pressure and the really relaxed and comfortable atmosphere which is really refreshing in comparison to other retailers where you can, at times, feel intimidated. Unsurprisingly, when I made a £5k purchase the sales staff ensured I had a wonderful experience. However, the aftercare has been non-existent. They refused to check the extent of my warrantee and informed me I would be charged a minimum of £500 when my three year old watch began losing time. Amazingly, another store who is a vendor of the same watch, was able to deal with my issue free of charge, despite my purchase not having been through them. This makes them look even worse to my mind.

Purchased a watch from Rod Young. He was very helpful and no pressure to buy anything. He made you feel at ease and I really enjoy wearing my new watch.

What a lovely purchasing experience. The manager and staff were welcoming and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and the after sales service was also excellent. Great customer service like this makes such a refreshing change.

After celebrating my 50th Birthday I decided to treat myself to a Breitling watch as it was something I always wanted. On arrival at the store I was greeted by Emma who was very pleasant, friendly and helpful, she then introduced myself and my wife to Ethan who helped me with my purchase. Ethan was brilliant, not pushy at all, he was very patient as I tried to make my decision, very pleased with my purchase, Excellent service, would highly recommend.
