This is my favorite place for freeze dried foods, as well as other outdoor products. There are new products frequently, and the prices are good. I check back daily for new food and other items, and to see what is on sale. Great company!

Ordered on 2/17; still waiting for order to ship. I have been contacted several times to let me know of items being cancelled although items were shown in stock at time of order placement. Whether order ever ships ,well your guess is a good as mine!

I've been ordering for years. We use the fortified milk the most. Wherever we run out and can't get to the store right away, it's easy to mix up a few cups to get us through. You can't tell the difference. Just a warning the shipping isn't cheap andcan be slow, especially if you're used to Amazon's, but it's worth the wait.

Paid for sale items saying in stock, received an email 2 weeks later saying they were no longer available....

Their inventory was up today and they did their best under the huge demand to get the order out at a reasonable time

I have done good business with EE on and off for many years. I recently ordered multiple items from them, and, they let me know status of order. We understand the panic with the Coronavirus outbreak that times are getting tough for those who haven’t done any prep and tougher for prep businesses. We’ve been gathering a little at a time over the years, social security doesn’t allow for large purchases, but we make due.
Beprepared is our go to for long term food storage and survival devices.

Probably due to the COVID19 crisis, there were delays in shipping and filling large orders. Andrew and Chandler in customer service were both reassuring and exactingly factual. My orders, and my husband's separate orders, all arrived on the updated dates they told us. All the products were in perfect condition.
We've tasted several items from our smaller pouches. Quality and taste are excellent.

Hoping to see freeze-dried cranberries offered again. Made a festive winter apple spice cranberry crumble from our just our storage items to serve dinner guests. It was WONDERFUL !

So completely frustrated with their lack of customer service. I placed an order which they promptly charged my card for. 2 weeks later no shipment and no info. So I called them no answer no way to leave a message. I continually called throughout the day and finally got a random person to tell me it should go out anyday. That they got overloaded. Finally got an email 4 days ago stating they can't fill the order and call or reply to go over my options. I replied by email asking for a phone call. I've been trying to call for 4 days. NO ANSWER! I now have to go to my credit card company to dispute charges. I'm angry about the customer service not so much about my cancelled order. But answer your dang phone!

I have used Be Prepared for years. Their selection is amazing and the product always arrives timely and in great condition. I've never had to return a thing. Love them.

Still haven’t sipped my order, been 3 weeks. Poor communication.

Ordered something in stock and they never sent it. After 2 weeks I told them to cancel my order and they never confirmed my cancelation.

Shipped fast and product is as described.

Great products. Shipping took 2 weeks, I understand they are very busy right now. But maybe you could at least not charge me $15.99 for shipping, especially when I spent $150! A lot of places have free shipping.

Haven't received my order. Then I get email that now thing I ordered are backordered when they weren't when I ordered them. Very unhappy.

I really like Emergency Essentials. Unfortunately on my current order there was a shortage of one of the items which caused some confusion. All I will happily return.
