Kerry’s an indispensable asset the the company!!
Kerry was amazing!! Popped over to say hello once we had a bit of a look around and explained how everything is laid out!! She Showed us the different bed sizes and mattresses then left us to have another look around to make sure we found what we wanted!! Later, Kerry went through all the possible options in a very gentle and friendly manner!! We left having bought our new bed feeling like we had known Kerry for years and is an amazing asset to the business!! Kian who was in store at the time was also very friendly and polite!! If we are looking for a bed in the future we know exactly where to come and who to see!!

Avoid!
We brought pillows at the weekend, £80 per pillow. We used them for one night, with pillow protectors and pillowcases and and we are not able to get a refund. No-where online does it state pillows are non refundable, nor where we told we couldn’t get a refund at the time of sale. Staff have been rude and dismissive.

There was no heavy sales pitch
There was no heavy sales pitch. I felt the person helping me understood my needs, and explained the differences in the beds that I looked at. I wanted to buy from a local company who used a good professional courier. Communication has been excellent. I would highly recommend Bensons beds.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I ordered a bed 2 weeks ago and with the delivery date of 3rd of July (Tomorrow). In the past couple of days I received delivery confirmation for delivery time and delivery date. This morning I received delivery time confirmation to only receive a phone call 3 hours later saying the bed will not be delivered till the 11th of July now (over a week later) I have booked a days unpaid leave from work and have dismantled my old bed due to the delivery tomorrow.
Thanks to benson for beds I now have no bed to sleep on for over a week and have lost a whole days pay. Due to the bed now not comming

Made time to make sure I made the right decision without making me feel pressured. I would 100% recommend this store & Rob.
