Bensons For Beds - Sunderland530 Recenzje

Excellent service in store from Jo….the delivery arrangements were clear and punctual….the delivery men Colin and Reece were polite and friendly….giving relevant information regarding unpacking and building of bed…would definitely return if and when a new bed is required 👍🏻

We bought our bed a the Sunderland North shop. From entering the shop and dealing with Jo to accepting delivery of our bed the service has been 5 star …faultless….Colin and Reece our delivery guys were cheerful and helpful absolutely fabulous experience.

Andrea was fabulous- understood our needs & most importantly listened but didn't pressure us. Also we had some good, relaxed banter

Andrea in your Sunderland store was a massive help for us whilst purchasing a new mattress. Friendly and not pushy and very knowledgeable. Really happy with the mattress she helped us decide on.

Staff and delivery guys were great

Fantastic service from Allison, very helpful and friendly.

Great service from start to finish.
No hassle in the shop, good sales service not over powering.
Delivered on time. Delivery team friendly. Thanks

Great service throughout and the delivery guys were friendly and helpful.

Absolutely great service from all involved. From Michael who was fantastic in describing what was on offer and explaining what was good for us to the discounts that were given, emails that kept us up to date as to what stage the manufacturing process was at, to the delivery of the bed and the ease of which it was constructed without any hassle and the professionalism of the two employees who did the construction. The bed is a dream (pardon the pun) to sleep in and so comfortable for my wife and I. I would and will highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in purchasing a new bed.

Wonderful experience. Jo the lady in the showroom was professional, helpful and polite. Provided me with everything I needed. The delivery team were great. Assembled my bed. Professional, polite. All round great customer service.

Great delivery, great service, great products - excellent. Thanks Darren for all the helpful advice and Reece and Colin for professional and friendly delivery.

Absolutely amazing experience today, Met with Marc as soon as we got into the store and throughout the service was outstanding.
Never once felt any pressure in selecting a mattress or a purchase, Marc’s customer service was outstanding, very down to earth and helped me explore a range of mattresses to find the right one for me, even suggesting i take as much time as I would like.
I genuinely believed shopping for a mattress would be a chore but i was wrong, the whole experience was great because of the customer service.
Could not recommend enough 10/10

Excellent service from Marc helping me to choose the mattress and later gave advice re pillows.
On delivery day, deliverers Stew and Lee rang to say they had a cancellation and could make my delivery earlier, which made things easier for me.

Excellent service, knowledgeable and fast delivery.

Darren in the Sunderland branch was friendly and we got a great deal on a Elle Superking bed.

Delivery was on time and the guys took it to the room with no issues at all. Couldn’t fault our experience. Instructions were clear and after a few hours of setting it up we are very happy.

The delivery men were very polite, helpful and courteous even talking off their shoes before entering my home
