Great overall experience
Great overall experience
We unexpectedly needed a new mattress as the springs were showing on ours despite only being 3 years old. The customer service lady on the phone was great at sorting that out and then we went into store for a replacement. Using the mattress body tester we looked into various medium mattresses with Leigh at our local store as our guide. There was no pressure to buy, it was purely based on comfort, he would wander away rather than constantly hovering in our perifory. He was friendly and answered all of our questions and delivery is booked for just over a weeks time.

Hi Sarah,
Thank you for your wonderful feedback! 😊 While discovering mattress springs making an unexpected appearance after just three years wasn't part of the plan, we're delighted to hear our team helped get things back on track. 🛏️✨
It's great to hear that our phone team sorted things quickly and that Leigh made the replacement process easy and enjoyable.
The mattress body tester clearly helped point you in the right direction, and we're thrilled you've found a replacement that feels just right. Now the countdown is on until delivery day! 🎉
Thanks for choosing us, and we'll be sure to pass your kind words on to Leigh,

Great to purchase instore
The assistant ( Amanda) was very helpful without being pushy. We had an idea of what we wanted and she was able to show us a number of options without trying to influence our decision. There are around a hundred beds and mattresses on show , so would be difficult to choose without the assistant’s guidance . Really good to see so many ‘“ in person” definitely prefer to choose a new bed this way rather than online. Highly recommend both the store and Amanda in particular
