Professionalism of staff from purchase to delivery. On the delivery day, there was continuous communication between the delivery team and myself. The team was polite and helpful right through the process.

Malc and Kieron delivered our beds on Monday and they were so efficient and very quick. The email was sent a few days ago advising me of when delivery was happening including the time slot, they texted and even rang on the day to confirm delivery. They also wore shoe covers when coming into the house. Im so happy with our firm mattresses. We're sleeping more deeply and feel more rested. Wish we bought it sooner. Will definitely recommend to anyone thinking of changing their mattresses.

We came in on bank holiday Friday, had many questions, came out with more. Had a think over the weekend and back in Monday. Talked to sales manager mo, who answered a few more questions and helped us order what we wanted.

I received such Care compassion and knowledge from Julie who asked about my needs my sleep needs she showed me round the beds let me try different mattresses and pillows and didn’t mind even when I fell asleep on my chosen mattress. She was full of knowledge, kindness caring and joy.

From walking in the store to receiving our new bed everything was great. Mo dealt with us in store, he was really friendly and helpful, showed us various different options for mattresses and tried to show us close examples of the material and style of the bed frame we wanted (unfortunately wasn't on display in store as it was a clearance item). He never once pushed to try and upsell anything, just showed us the options and let us make our own mind up. We were regularly updated about the progress of our order and Bill the delivery driver called ahead of delivery to let us know he was on his way. He and his colleague were very quick at getting the bed upstairs with no issues and were really friendly and helpful. I'll be returning for any future bed purchases!

Mo the sales person helping me was so knowledgable and personable. He really put me at ease and talked me through in simple terms what each mattress offered and gave a balanced view on what would be right for me, given my requirements. I’m delighted with my choice and very much looking forward to my new Tempa mattress.

The service I received at Stockport Bensons was 100% great, from the moment I walking into the store, no pressure at all, Mo came to me and said welcome, if you need any advice just call me, I'm Mo. Ok I replied thanks, can you direct me to Simba, he did, I explained I have a bad back and need a true medium, he then asked me to try the Simba followed by Tempur, Tempur is best by far, so after about an hour of me testing several beds I called mo over, we had a good friendly chat and he treated me with the same respect he would a family member, I went for the Tempur it's a great mattress and very comfortable also had a chat with Eric he's retiring but a great guy that I have met before in the same store. The delivery was on time and those guys too were great and respectful to me and my home. A big thanks to Mo and his team your all great

The delivery team was fantastic, so careful with very bulky ottoman construction and very heavy mattress. There was a 3 week delay in delivery of the headboard which was frustrating but on the day the delivery team again were fantastic and very careful. The bed is a dream to sleep on and the staff who helped us to choose our items were excellent.

The staff were very helpful especially as I cancelled one order and chose another mattress.

We were dealt with very well in store, in Stockport, the sales process was very focused, did not waste my time, which I greatly appreciated. I was clear on what I wanted, and what I did not want, this was listened to by the salesperson, and accommodated for. The bed I chose was of really good value, well discounted, and available for delivery within two weeks. I was impressed with the service, and the options that were offered, but not oversold. For me this gets way more credibility, and is a much better customer service, than the place which shoved things down your neck, oversell extras, that are of dubious value, and so often lack integrity. It was evident that we dealt with an experienced sales person who was able to read people, and listen… Other outlets that I visited, in my hunt for a bed, lost the sales or opportunity because they didn’t listen, and we’re trying to oversell but needed products. Not at Benson’s, even though a shop around, this is the place I have found both of my main beds, for the last 12 years

A very helpful, polite and enthusiastic member of staff, time given to make the right choice, staff not pushy, good variety of mattress and beds to view and helpful information given by the member of staff. Helpful explanation given throughout the whole payment system without any issues.

We found what we were looking for

People at the shop were fantastic, delivery a bit late but been informed, the person who assembled the bed so good until the tv comes with the wrong make suppose to be sharp and replace it with Panasonic from the day 1 keep on and off without touching it .called customer service said might need setting, happened again in few weeks time then I called again and again last one I called they didn’t come back to as assuming been fixed as I was away , I came back from abroad the tv wasn’t working properly called them again , said out of warranty as bed five years but tv one year , wrong tv , ignoring my calls .
I won’t recommend anyone to buy or believe in the warranty the give you any excuse to run away from it , last call they said will escalate it and will send you an email by end of the day , nothing heard .

I had a reply on 12/03/2026 to say if I have contact Panasonic as tv out of warranty and we can’t do anything , will I be surprised no chance. First you provide me with wrong make , suppose to be Sharp not Panasonic, Second you didn’t come back to me after I reported is faulty, Third you are not worth even a one star review.
