A pleasent shopping experience.
The assistant was very pleasant, patient and knowledgeable . She didn’t rush me or rush me in my decision. The delivery was arranged for 2-3 weeks .

Exceptional customer service
It is the first time I have ever had to shop for a n adjustable bed. I have severe osteoarthritis.
I chose Bensons, and also Dreams after I had researched online. Bensons was first and I didn't have to any further! Amazingly, as the lovely lady showed me the bed in the shop, it had everything I needed it to have. So I didn't go to Dreams.
My experience was delightful, kind and understanding.
The lady deserves special thanks for her excellent customer service.

We are returning customers to Bensons For Beds. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful without being over bearing. Our questions were answered in detail and we had the undivided attention of the salesperson to help us reach our decision.

Bensons for beds are very helpful and note pushing you into buying the beds
The assistant who was at the shop was very helpful and I also found he did not bother me until I needed his help which I was very grateful of.

The staff were very polite and really helpful. She wasn’t pushy with any sales talk. Just gave advice and encouraged us to try as many different products possible.

Mattress that we ordered didn't arrive
Mattress that we ordered didn't arrive, kept getting emails pushing the arriving date back further, our child was sleeping on a blow up bed after moving ro our new home. We cancelled the mattress in the end as we had to order another to come sooner. They are now still trying to claim back delivery charges which I feel should be given as a good will gesture given the hassle we have had
