Sleep Pro system was a helpful start point to clarify firmness preferences. Assistant was knowledgeable and helpful in moving from that to a range of possible options. Good selection to choose from and delivery time is surprisingly quick.

Mattress ordered on 05/05/2026 and wasn’t delivered till 10/07/2026. Over 2months to deliver a mattress!!! When we ordered we were told it’s a 2 week wait. It was meant to be delivered on 12/06 I took a day off work to be home for the delivery and I received a message and hour before it was supposed to be delivered to say it’s not coming. Now delivery date was a month later!!!!
Won’t be using them again

We brought an experience mattress 2hich we had tested in 2 different stores
What we receivedd was nothing like 2hat we tested so went through there process,total waste of time, so we asked to swop our brand new mattress with there show room one and we would be happy but again they said no.
So we've been suck with a shit mattress that we can't afford to change I now sleep on the sofa as it gives me to much pain and my wife now suffers with back pain from it
The worst of it all is there own sale staff at 2 different stores said it wasn't what we had ordered (quality wise) but there expert said it was and his testing process consisted of him bouncing on it

Store staff were helpful and friendly and explained what was going to happen with delivery. Communication was good, given a 2 hour time slot and phone call 30 minutes prior to delivery.
The only issue was staff in the store told us that if we unpacked the sofa bed upon delivery the delivery staff would take the packaging but upon delivery they said that this only happens with beds.

went in to look at beds and came out having brought one!!!! Staff(Sinead and Tina) were good and knowledge was excellent. Choice of beds was wide and was able to try different set-ups.

Good, knowledgeable service in store. Sale price was a bonus. Prompt delivery.

The media beds themselves are great, unfortunately the care of the delivery guys to my house bad, the delivery guys themselves were very nice and friendly, unfortunately all of my walls up my stairs and in my 2 bedrooms have been trashed, I need them all repainted, also for some reason they didn’t unpack the 4 bedside cabinets and assemble them, they said they would leave that to me as they didn’t know where I wanted them, “bedside cabinets” the clue is in the title!!

Didn't feel pressured in store. Knowledgeable and understanding staff listened and guided.
Delivery was painless. Well, for me, as they did everything. Can't fault Bensons staff or service.

Staff were friendly but once we bought beds I checked my receipt which they put into the box with bedcare kit, didn’t think to check until I got bed delivered and used kit then discovered they had added bed guard cover without even asking me so just be aware and check receipt will not be shopping here again, I’d of probably took cover out but to add it on without asking. Especially after just spending over £3000 with them

Ordered a bed and new mattress, after initially trying to deliver the mattress without the bed which I confirmed would not be acceptable they very quickly added a new date and both were delivered on time and date as allocated. The delivery team, Terry and Carlos did a fab job and we're very considerate and courteous at the time

Sinead was really friendly and helpful. We have scheduled for the mattress to be delivered on our move in date. We returned the day after purchase to make a change to our order which was easy and processed quickly. Thanks.

I Wasn't Happy Because They Charged Me Internet Credit Rate on My Bedroom Furniture I Wanted So I'm Not Very Happy as Got Told It Was Free when Went To The Norwich Benson For Beds Store in April 2026 Sometime So Im Very Disappointed as I am Going Through Crisis Cost of Living Finance Issues Money Worries So It Would of Helped If The Interest Rate Credit Was Free of Charge at Any Cost of The Products you Buy with Any Retail Stores.

The lady that help us was so welcoming and helpful she help us pick the right mattress for both of us 10 out of 10
