Excellent sales and delivery
The sales advisor was very helpful and made things clear without being pushy. It was easy to book a convenient delivery day and a few days prior to this I could see the time that my delivery would be so I could plan the rest of my day. I could also clearly track the delivery and had a call so I knew exactly when my delivery would arrive.

Excellent service all round
Excellent service from Rida in store, good communication on delivery and really excellent delivery crew who put the bed where I needed it. Oh, and they put their overshoes on when coming in the house which was thoughtful.

This is a review of the delivery only.
Bensons For Beds were very good at keeping us informed throughout via text and email about delivery date and time, which were accurate and reliable. STEVIE and RUSSELL arrived in the allotted time slot, and called 30mins before to notify, as promised. They were both polite, professional and friendly. The flatpack wardrobe and chest of drawers were very heavy (30kg+ packages) so they happily carried all 4 parcels upstairs for us. They wore carpet protectors over their shoes. They took care not to damage anything. I couldn’t fault their service. Thank you. Well done.

Choosing and buying our bed
An excellent manager,with appropriate people skills. Polite. Explained which beds were appropriate to us (size and colour wise). Explained clearly about the different mattresses available and their appropriateness for us. Allowed us to try the mattresses and special pillows. Clearly explained the payment options available. Handled our order efficiently.

great shopping experience and smooth delivery
Enjoyed the experience of trying out different beds in the Milton Keynes store after being approached by Ali who suggested to use the instore mattress compatability equipment,after which were directed to relevant beds and mattresses, Ali was very friendly and not at all pushy like some of the other stores.
Regarding updates of our delivery was spot on,received a call from delivery team of Paul/Ian they were quick efficient respectful of our home had it set up quickly all packaging was removed

Great beds, highly recommend!
Went into Milton Keynes Bensons for Beds and Alex was really friendly and professional. It was great to try out the beds before buying to make sure we got the right one. Price was good and wait for the bed was only a couple weeks. Would highly recommend beds from here as our bed is very comfortable and I have always got previous beds from here which have lasted a long time.

Super Comfy Bed
The Bed is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in with our new mattress from Bensons. The delivery updates were great and it came when I expected it. In the shop the assistant was very helpful with advice.y only gripe is the wait time as it was 16 weeks! If we had ordered a slightly different model or colour we could have received it sooner, however we didn't need an ottoman bed so decided to wait. The bed we easy to put together and took my partner and I around 30-45 mins to put up.

Top quality mattresses
I did buy all of my mattress in Bensons for Beds the last 16 years. Top quality, good prices and they recycle your old mattress for a little extra money. I highly recommend them.

Issue with original bed and delivery. Upon going into the Milton Keynes branch, the problem was quickly resolved with excellent customer service and a new bed was promptly delivered with no hassle.
