Bensons For Beds - Llanelli374 Recenzje

Ian the assistant manager was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble but he wasn’t “pushy” like some other sales men. He answered every query we had but also gave us time on our own to discuss what we wanted to do. Wouldn’t hesitate to return. 🤩🤩🤩

Friendly, helpful and considerate assistant with no pressure to buy.

Excellent services in store. Thank you

The sales person listened to what I wanted to showed us relevant beds. He made the choices we had to make clear about the divan and headboard choices etc - a really pleasant experience

Lovely sales man, informative but not pushy

The salesman called Ian spent lots of time with us getting the order right. There was no feeling of having to rush.
Having interest free credit a bonus!

Ian in Llanelli Parc Pemberton was excellent, he was approachable and friendly - not pushy! He knew all answers to our questions and gave great recommendations to our budgets. I had my baby in pram so required to use the lift, he assisted with this also. He was full of smiles and clearly has a font of knowledge of products and services.

The salesman was very helpful, listened to my needs, and wasn’t pushing for a sale.

Friendly salesman John explained everything without pushing item onto me . Excellent

Weren't pounced on as soon as we entered the store. Staff were super approachable and very helpful when I asked for advice. I was encouraged to try plenty of beds and not coerced into buying the moist expensive one. Very impressed

We called into Bensons beds, the Llanelli store and were served by John. He immediately noticed our arrival in store and straight away he came over to help. John is a wonderful sales rep. He provided such sound concise information regarding the various mattresses. Also he was incredibly efficient, we’d tried out 3 mattresses but made our choice within 20 mins and we then placed the mattress order with John and he dealt with it all effortlessly. This is our 3rd mattress/bed with Bensons and we’ve always had great service. It’s so important to try out a mattress/bed before purchase.

Very efficient friendly ordering service, amended delivery date with ease. Yet to take receipt and so can’t comment on this but quality and style in store looks like good value for money.

John was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I trusted him fully and would recommend him.

Friendly, informative manager who showed us a great choice of mattresses.

Join was really helpful and explained everything that we asked couldn’t do enough do enough for us if we going to buy anything else we will definitely come back to John Thankyou
