Good range of products
Store is well set out with a good range. Everything is clearly marked with bed information and price. We felt free to look around without any pressure from staff but they were on hand to answer questions and to provide advice. We found the advice particularly helpful once we had narrowed down our selection. We found Cameron particularly helpful in this respect with his friendly and no pressure approach. He managed to put together a good value for money package for us and provided detailed product advice about our options.

Ian couldn’t have been more helpful! We were encouraged to try all the mattress options from all price ranges and there was no hint of hurrying us along or pushing certain options on us. It was all about what was best for us. Thank you. I will definitely recommend Bensons to others!

Amazing service
From going into my local store to the delivery of my Tempur mattress, I can not praise the staff of Bensons for Beds.
I was kept updated the whole time and delivery was quick and the delivery men were very efficient.

Nice friendly staff
The gentleman that served us in the Llanelli store was very professional and lovely. Apologised for the delay in the bed being delivered but that was out of his control. Would recommend this store to friends and family.
