Helpful, well-informed staff at the store. Mattress delivered on time and expertly manoeuvred upstairs and onto bed frame. Followed by a good night's sleep.

Member of staff was very helpful and helped us pick the bed that we best described we wanted. No hassle to buy, not a typical pushy salesman.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, they talked us through all the different options and let us try out loads of beds. They were not pushy at all they just left us to keep trying the three mattresses we had narrowed it down to. We made a decision and the payment process was fast efficient and again not pushy in anyway.

Loverly staff gave me plenty of information about the bed that I bought delivered on time it was an excellent service from start to finish thank you so much to everyone involved.

Went in to buy a new wardrobe and bedside tables. Mike that served us was very helpful and very friendly. Fantastic value for money and only 6 week delivery, compared to other shops that were 12weeks. 100% recommend.

Amazing quality even after few years we don’t see any difference. Customer service really care about customer. Definitely one day coming back for new one.

Really helpful staff kept us informed throughout the whole process

We visited st Andrews quay hull store as this being the nearest store to us from Bridlington, it was the worse experience we have ever received, the lady Betty was a hard, cold unfriendly person, who wouldn't leave our side even after asking more than 3 times to please walk away and just leave us be, she was arrogant and very annoying, we chose a bed that only Bensons do the igel . Before going in here we visited dreams , that was a totally different experience, the lady there was exceptional friendly, so helpful and you felt really relaxed, unfortunately they didn't sell this bed, if they did and it was more expensive we would have gone to them, we should have left Bensons feeling happy with our purchase instead I was left feeling angry and upset that I bought that bed from such an arrogant person.

Every thing from when we first went in to the store to having the bed delivered was great 😊. We didn’t feel pressured by the staff but they were there when we needed them.
The staff were not pushy and knowledgeable when asked .

From walking in Steve was really helpful not pushy asking if we needed any help we said yes and he went out of his way to explain everything to us really good experience another staff came across to talk to us as I had my little dogs with everyone very cheerful 😊
