Bensons For Beds - Grimsby694 Recenzje

Lee was fantastic in helping us choose our new bed. There was no pressure for the sale as you sometimes see in stores. We felt at ease and comfortable during our whole experience there. Would highly recommend to friends and family

Martin was helpful and not pushy he gave clear information which helped us decide which mattress to get delivery date was acceptable will use them again

The sales assistant who helped us was very helpful and knowledgeable

Very knowledgeable about what they are selling. Not to pushy. And just the right amount of time left to s to browse .

Made welcome .All very easy process and very well explained

We bought a new mattress from Bensons in Grimsby. There was a lot of choice, but we had an idea of what we wanted,so with some help from Lee, we tried a few out and found the one we liked. The buying process was all very straightforward. Lee talked us through everything. There was no pressure selling, just helpful, knowledgeable advice.

Very helpful staff, Martin helped us pick the perfect mattress spent lots of time trying to find us the right fit and Lee was great in making the purchase smooth and simple

10/10 experience! Lee couldn’t have been more helpful, he’s an absolute credit to the company.

Adrian was very helpful
Took us through every detail of the mattress we purchased ,insurance etc
Didn’t harass us ( like some salespeople do )
So our experience was very good that’s the reason for 5 stars .

Was a bit dissapointed with the way the salesman, wasn't quite what I expected. Seemed to be in a rush to sell me a mattress within my price range. However I decided on the mattress that I thought suited me. Will wait until it's delivered before I comment more

Lee and the team was excellent 👏 The wife & myself actually! didn't have a clue what kind of bed we needed to suit us, lee helped us identify our preferred comfort setting using the adjustable bed machine and tested different mattresses we are now looking forward to the delivery of our new bed.
Many thanks to all at Bensons for beds
