Intasar the sales person was very helpful, showed us the full array of beds and how they worked from storage to headboards, he was so helpful..

Bev was really helpful and patient with my son whilst trying to pick a new mattress.

Lovely customer service, our host Bev gave us a wonderful tour and experience.

I get the most comfortable pillows from Bensons for beds always. I like firmed and higher pillows which do not sink in when head rests on them... No where else have I found pillows which are perfect.. also, I keen coming back to Bensons for beds and the quality has been tried and tested so many times. Thanks to Bev who was very good and showed other options to choose from.. store is clean and staff very friendly..my 4 year old son loved jumping on the beds. Pillows pricier but worth the quality.

No pressure to buy from the sales person, knowledgeable and helpful with our choice of mattress. Good communication from the company. Only negative is the the offer that if you don’t like your choice after you have tried it, you can change it but you have to pay 20% of the original price which is a big chunk of money when you have paid £2000

The salesperson was very attentive, patient, calm, professional and knowledgeable about the bed my mum was interested in buying. I would highly recommend this store for the quality of beds on sale and the service received.
