I needed to get a new mattress and had a look in a few stores to get some ideas. Adam was really helpful in assisting me to determine what would be the most suitable.
Following the guidance that the Sleeppro device gave I was quickly able to narrow down the right mattress.
The whole process was professionally handled and I'm looking forward to sleeping on my new mattress.

I think they should not push the…
I think they should not push the frankly absurd mattress cleaning insurance that they try to sneak into every order (You get some useless sprays with it!). Not only is it needless, it is sold quite slyly. The sales rep (Adam I think) we met tried to fly it under the radar. Why would Bensons allow this?
Delivery was okay, no problems at all. Communication was clear as well. The actual product was nice, although once again, the sales rep tried to hide it was being sold cheaper as a new model was out there. This was frankly dishonest and I hope bensons improves.
