The quality for bensons wardrobe is…
The quality for bensons wardrobe is very good but they are unable to deal with issues that arise. The fitter damaged one of the panels when installing and I’ve waiting over 2 months for the supplier to sort it out. Despite several calls and emails to Bensons no progress has been made. Bensons keep asking the same questions and now stalling tactics as the supplier is not responding. Will have to raise a formal complaint

I changed my mind about extra firm mattress to medium. No problem. Went back to Benson and changed order. Very helpful staff.
The men who delivered the mattress were very helpful. Removed the old mattress and unwrapped the packaging and out the mattress on the bed.

Very professional without any pressure…
Very professional without any pressure selling it was like a tutorial and sleeping with the bed with the technology to show you how firm your mattress should be and your sleep patterns. I found this very enlightening. And when I am ready to order, I will certainly come to Benson’s for beds.

Great end to end service received. There was no pressure or interference during our visit to the show room, we were given great advice and offered options for payment and care of the bed. We received regular email and text messages providing progress and leading up to and on delivery day. Arrived in time and in perfect condition. Thank you!

I didn't get any response from the…
I didn't get any response from the customer enquiry team regarding the faulty mattress. It's sinks in the middle. I ended up having severe back pain. It's a lot of money I paid. Now I took another picture of the bed before I dispose it. All my money was wasted on spending at Bensons. Very disappointed.

Fantastic! Highly recommend Bensons for Beds. The two beds we ordered are super comfortable and look great. The team in the Croydon shop were so helpful, especially when we had an issue with the size, due to tight fitting staircase. Could not have helped more - and delivery guys were great too. Service in the shop and from customer service was professional and excellent. Customer service was not AI and spoke to someone very quickly. Communication on delivery was good and the bed delivered to the room.

Engaging Expert Company
This is the second time we used Bensons and again they were professional from start to finish. There's no last minute changes and they are quick and careful in assembling the beds. Products are really well made. All staff are courteous and knowledge.

Loving our new bed
Loving our new bed! It’s almost instantly cured my chronic back ache every morning. Been sleeping like a baby since our new bed was delivered super quick, less than a week after ordering! We viewed the bed in-store and the assistant was helpful, allowing us to browse but around should we have any questions.

Staples - Artisan Pure indulgence
Our experience of selecting and ordering the mattress was seamless. Shrawan was knowledgeable and explained every part of the mattress and also was helping us to try different types of mattress that were available. Ordering was done over the phone which was smooth and swift. Only thing I was not aware was we had to complete a different form online to apply for interest free credit until we received the email. However it was easy enough to complete. We are looking forward to receiving our mattress in few weeks time.

As I walked into the store no one…
As I walked into the store no one approached me I had to find a sales representative. Once I had they were on their phone and passed me off to another sales person who I had to keep finding to ask questions about a mattress. Once I decided I wanted to purchase the mattress I had to again find a sales person who was on their phone again and finally placed the order. Then I was told I have to pay a £50 delivery fee even if I collect it, I am already paying £700 for a mattress, when I questioned this she had an attitude. Wasn’t very happy with the customer service as I was paying a lot for a product.
