Excellent and knowledgeable store staff member who was both courteous and kind to the delivery personnel. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely buy from them again.

From initial visit to Bensons in Coventry, the bed try and select process, the pre delivery information updates and the delivery and removal of old mattress, I have to say it was about as good a retail experience as we have ever had. Our salesman Manrai was new to the business, but he was extremely helpful and was willing and able to get help from his colleagues, if required. Have to say we engaged with all the team while in the shop and they were all very helpful and friendly. Great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Other retailers could learn a few things, if they copied and met Bensons very high customer service standards.
