If I could put minus one star I would do.
Ordered bed base, head board and mattress 02/08/2023.
Delivery date date was 29/08/2023.
We were told the mattress was out of stock and would be delivered 12/09/2023.
We were then told 11/09/2023 that the base was now out of stock.
We were told that someone would call us to advise of new delivery date and we didn't hear anything from them. REDICULOUS. Its clear BENSONS FOR BEDS don't care about customers sleeping on a mattress on the floor after paying in full for the bed and mattress.

It was so lovely and excellent advice No pressure really nice guy. Definitely recommend to friends and family this is our second mattress we’ve had and we love it. Great company great people thank you💯

From ordering in store to delivery the service has been excellent, the delivery was done with very little disruption, Matt and Tawanda could not have been more helpful (even wearing shoe covers) and were extremely professional, I would have no hesitation in recommending Benson for Beds

Really friendly welcome. I had called into the shop to see what a bed I had looked at online looked like in real life. I got a warm welcome and lots of help and advice sbout the bed, how it would be delivered and tips on how it goes together. I was also able to just pay a deposit until the week before delivery. So I did my order in the store thanks to service with a smile, warm welcome and a bit of humour too. The bed hasn’t arrived yet but the ordering process was fantastic. Thank you Darryl.
