From step one of walking into the showroom I was at ease. I don't like to be pestered or chased and the sales people were attentive but respectful.
All the assistance when requested was justified, knowledgeable and well presented to my understanding. Even more complex questions were answered quickly and confidently.
The purchase end to end was great with finance sorted and easily navigate.
The delivery was great, well organised, and the guys were super helpful when considering my less than optimal stair case.

Friendly Staff and Efficient Service
The staff who dropped the bed off were so friendly and efficient and made the whole experience seamless. They communicated each step really well so we knew what they were doing and how long everything would take and had swapped the new bed in in no time. Very happy with quality of the bed and mattress.

Daryl at bensons for beds chesterfield
I went to bensons in chesterfield looking for an ottoman style bed. Not sure what mattress I needed apart from the fact that I and my partner like a fairly firm one. Daryl came to my aid and put me on the test bed to check what felt comfortable for me, he then took me through all the mattresses that would suit me best. His knowledge of each and every mattress was unbelievable and really helpful making my choice so much easier in a friendly, professional and not in any way pushy manner. I found the whole process an easy and enjoyable experience. Can’t recommend the chesterfield branch highly enough. Fab.

The delivery drivers were courteous and professional, removing their shoes when they came into the house. They checked were we wanted the bed placed and then gave a full explanation of how the ottoman worked. Excellent service from start to finish.

Matched our needs to the products and price
The shop experience was very good.
We were left to wander around and have a look before the staff came and asked if they could help.
They listened to our needs showed us what was in the store and then left us to walk about and discuss our needs together.
When we had an idea of what we needed they took us through the offers available on our choices.
We bought a bed base, mattress and head board.
All in now, delivered and assembled on the date we wanted it.
Very happy with the whole experience.
