Great customer focus
Great customer focus. From the ordering experience in shop to delivery, the communications were clear and followed through. Delivery updates were consistent and the actual delivery day couldn't be better with tracking of your delivery slot and a phone call 30 minutes before arrival. Delivery team were friendly and helpful. Definitely a 5 star service.

Worth visiting for advice
Phill, listen to what I required from a mattress. He gave me 2 clear choices of brands, that would suit my needs. He gave me all the choices of payment. I liked that he did not try to hard sell. He said he can match price also. Gave me a good delivery time scale.

Brilliant experience from start to finish.
From the expert assistance and support instore by Phil, to the predelivery, delivery and expert assembly by Terry and Nigel, my experience dealing with Bensons for Beds in Bury, has been perfect and I can strongly recommend them to others. On top of that, they were about £300 cheaper than their competitors.

Mattress Topper wasn’t sealed in box and looked like it had been thrown around a warehouse. Had marks on it so didn’t look like it was new.

Best customer service for a long time
Team at the Bury St Edmunds branch are fantastic. Helped us to pick the right size and answered lots (and lots) of questions. Probably the best customer service we have had for a while and helped to fix an issue we were having with Wren - should have come to them first and shaved a lot of stress
