Needed a new mattress and BfBs was close and had multiple manufacturers to look at and try.
It was mid week when we went and very quiet in store, we ambled around for a little while before Ade introduced himself and asked of our budget and what we were looking for. He then made a couple of suggestions then left us to try them, to miraculously reappear a little while later, to ask how we were doing and then made some more suggestions before again stepping aside. We were in store for about 90 mins before we purchased a new mattress and to be fair it was actually a pleasant buying experience. Ade was very knowledgeable, kind and very relaxed. No pressure of any kind, in fact after I’d made my purchase decision, I went and found him to have a chat, while my wife made up her mind.
Delivery was a little long at 3 weeks but up until delivery we were kept informed and we were phoned in the morning of delivery with a 2 hour window then the driver phoned when he was an hour out. 2 employees carried the new mattress upstairs and unwrapped it.
All in all a pleasant and professional purchase.

Ade was extremely helpful in store. Good service and mattress was delivered on time. Only one issue and that is the mattress has a very strong odour but that has begun to dissipate over the past few days.

There is a great selection of beds. Iqbal was very patient with us, explaining all the different types and not rushing or pressurising us at all. Everything, even when paying and arranging delivery was explained in full.

Iqbal, the store associate was really great. He was really helpful, knowledgeable and helped us find the right mattress.
Reasonable price (although it always seems a lot) and we took our the additional aftercare plan. As we have kids and pets, seemed like a no-brainer really.

I found the team very helpful in this store. Iqbal and Nick were extremely helpful patient and knowledgeable i would definately recommend. I was very pleased with the bed i ordered. Unfortunately although the air6 mattress firm i ordered was sooo comfortable like sleeping on a cloud and backache disappeared it was also too hot for me. Nick and Iqbal were again really helpful with helping me swap to the Igel 2500i mattress maybe not quite as luxurious for my particular taste but it has meant a differently retained heat in the mattress and so able to sleep better. They arent pushy with sales just very very helpful and at the end of the day we are all a bit different in our mattress preferences so thanks so much guys

An utter disgrace. Just had the bed frame delivered and gone to put the legs on. Three of the 12 legs don’t have a threaded insert! THREE!

The staff are awesome but the product is an absolute joke! £570 for the base and it’s awful! It’s half nine at night and I’m now sleeping on the sofa! I haven’t even annoyed my partner! Holding for a reply but not holding my breath.

Brilliant service from the moment we went into the shop in Brighton, greeted by Iqbal and Ryan who listened to what I required as I am due to have knee surgery so getting things right was crucial to help my recovery but nothing was too much trouble to get the right bed with storage and the perfect mattress! The following day I returned and saw Ryan again as I just wanted to re-check the height measurements, Ryan organised for the mattress to be put on the actual bed frame to make sure everything was comfortable and as the customer I was completely happy with the purchase, Ryan, Iqbal and all the staff really went out of their way and I would highly recommend this store if you are looking for a new bed as a customer I found this to be a first class service.

I had a great experience at the Brighton store. I was greeted by nick, who was incredibly helpful and professional. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through the sleeppro assessment to find the right mattress tension without any high-pressure sales tactics.

The delivery process was equally impressive. I was kept updated via text and email, and the team arrived exactly when they said they would. It’s rare to find such seamless service from the showroom to the bedroom. I’d highly recommend this branch.

We came into the Brighton store to test out the beds before purchasing. Didn’t feel pressured into sell sell sell from the agents in the shop. Just was allowed to try different mattresses out without feeling that pressure. Can’t wait to try the mattress. Sad long waiting time for delivery but understood!

Good comms before, arrived on time. No fuss

Bought a bed and mattress from Brighton store and they were very helpful, not trying to oversell etc. Bed has now been delivered and assembled and so far so good although its only been slept in for a few nights.
Delivery was great, kept informed all the time and given 2 hour slot and called half hour before.
Assembly was easy (bought an ottoman).
All good, can't fault anything.

Excellent product which was professionally set up & on time

We had a warm welcome and didn’t feel pressured to choose a specific mattress. The salesperson, Ryan listened to what we were looking for and was knowledgeable in his recommendations. He gave us the time we needed to look around and decide. We had an excellent customer service. We would recommend this product and a visit to the team at the Brighton store.

Every element of the service was first class. The team at the Brighton store couldn’t have been more helpful when I went in to order. Was kept upto date throughout around delivery timeline and then the team that delivered and built the wardrobe were friendly and efficient. Couldn’t be happier. Can’t recommend Bensons for Beds highly enough.
