Our visit was great Angela in Braintree store was so helpful and really knows her products. We were just making enquiries but ended up with a TV bed /mattress plus another complete bed frame with headboard. We are hoping that when our orders arrive they match the quality service she gave us.

Ordered my bed and bedside tables from Manager Tim at the Braintree branch of Bensons For Beds. He was very helpful, and explained everything. I was very impressed with his Customer Service skills, a lovely chap. The items were ordered, and a delivery slot was given. They arrived well within the delivery slot, by two very nice guys who were very helpful. I have purchased from Bensons For Beds, many years ago and was impressed then, and they still had my details on computer. Amazing...Cannot fault the company. 5* from me.

We had a really great experience at Bensons for Beds in Braintree while looking for our perfect mattress and bed.
We were greeted by Laura, who was so helpful. She recommended we try the SleepPRO system to help find the right mattress for us. With so many different options, it was quite overwhelming at first, but Laura was really patient and took the time to help us try different mattresses and find the perfect match for what we were looking for.
She also went above and beyond to get us the best deal, which we really appreciated.
Great store, great service and a lovely experience from start to finish. We’d definitely recommend Laura and Bensons for Beds Braintree! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ben the regional manager who served us was amazing. Really helpful and was not pushy at all. Had gone to a different bed company the same day and felt very pushy but was given such little information. Ben asked all our questions and couldn't help us anymore. After service has been amazing too. Can't wait for our bed to be delivered

Great staff, very helpful. We visited the Braintree branch and were seen by Angela and Tina who were extremely good.

The two men that came to set the bed up (Graham and Brian) were very pleasant and worked efficiently and professionally.
When they realised the base was the wrong size they immediately discussed this with me and arranged for a new base to be ordered.

Shop was very helpful in enabling us to make a good choice for a new mattress for a super king bed and a new single bed. The delivery date was accurate and I was kept well informed about an arrival time. Delivery drivers helpful in ensuring goods in correct rooms. Only downside was that the single bed had a faulty foot (no metal post in the caster wheels) and the radiator on my landing was knocked off its brackets. Fortunately the radiator doesn't appear to be damaged and we had a spare wheel which fitted, from off the old single bed. The pre delivery inspection for the single bed was not good enough as we should not have been forced to use an old spare wheel.

Angela couldn’t do any more great service

From initial contact at the store to delivery the service is faultless. Regular text updates to advise me of order progress was useful. The two man delivery team arrived early, no problem as it gave the mattress extra time to re-inflate. They performed as per the Bensons code and left within ten minutes of arriving. They took the very heavy old mattress away and left me feeling that I'd made the right decision buying Bensons. With interest free credit, whats not to like?

The staff were very friendly and helpful and I managed to get the pillow i have been looking for. I would definitely recommend to others and I will definitely go back in the future when I need to replace my pillows and mattress
