We visited Bensons for Beds Bournemouth and was helped by Rob. Originally we had planned to visit the bed store next door (we weren’t aware the Bensons for Beds was there!) however, we were all so impressed and therefore bought our bed and mattress through Rob. We found the service exceptional in comparison, not pushy in the slightest, but genuinely lovely, helpful staff. Thank you Rob for all your help, we cannot wait for the bed to arrive!

Bought a wardrobe but couldnt assemble properly tried to get support from customer service they said they not assemble wardrobes .So wasting time and money Specially Bournmouth store is very bad in customer care they are not listening to customers They dont care customers .Benson bed and Mettres excellent quality but never ever buy wardrobe .

The whole experience of choosing and buying a new bed was made very easy due to the expertise of the salesman Roberto. He explained our options and answered all our questions. The delivery was very quick and the two guys that delivered the bed were very helpful and polite even though it was a very very hot day. We would recommend bensons to our friends and family.

Assistance at the store were incredibly friendly and super helpful with finding the right bed for us, and helped to make the entire process easier
