Brilliant product and great delivery service
Delivery was on time and the 30 minutes reminder from the delivery team was really helpful. The delivery guys were polite and friendly, and safely handled our goods. Very satisfied with the company.

Kept informed about the production progress of the bed. The customer advisor at Bolton , Chloe was very helpful when we were trying to find the most suitable bed. Delivery was as described with a 2 hour window and then an update before arrival.

Ellie was great from start to finish , very knowledgeable wasn’t pushy and totally understanding of our needs.
Small gripe of having no phone signal due to Bolton playing at home, apparently a common occurrence on match days!
I needed to move some funds on my bank account and had no access to WiFi, maybe customer or even colleague access would be a good idea particularly as you have QR codes to scan , We could have just walked away to the competition next door

Very good experience when ordering and then re-ordering a change of two mattresses. Both assistants at the Bolton shop were extremely helpful and informative. Both Brittany and Simon were professional, friendly and supportive. All was made easy for us and best options explained. The delivery men were quick and pleasant.

Myself and my daughter received a warm welcome and was shown around the store to look at various options tailored to what we were looking for. All of this was done without any pushy sales tactics which helped us make a decision without feeling under pressure. The guy in the shop Craig, and staff were really helpful. We feel we chose the right mattress for us, and it was comfy from night one! Tempur worth the extra cost, and the oak ottoman is strong & sturdy, well made & hopefully last a long time. Worth adding we went back twice, there was no pressure sales & we feel we got exactly what we wanted for a price we were willing to pay. Thank you 😊

I order side opening ottomans and…
I ordered a side-opening ottoman bed and confirmed with the lady who took our order more than ten times to make sure it was correct. Unfortunately, she placed the order incorrectly and we were sent an end-opening one instead.
We are extremely disappointed with this mistake.
