Lisa
Lisa, the shop assistant was excellent throughout
the whole process. Greeted us with a smile and was very patient and helpful. Both my daughter and I have health issues and she didn't rush or push us. She gave good advice when we asked her about suitable mattresses and beds. Excellent from start to finish. {I think perhaps i spent too much)

Well laid out store, very knowledgeable and helpful customer service without being in your face, which is a really good thing.
