Because simple from decison to buy matress customer service personaly in the Blackpool Shop to end delivery was great. Matress is amazing very good to sleep on it. 5 star.

Great company to deal with.
Bensons were great from start to finish. The process of ordering the bed, down to delivery. I was contacted three days before with a time slot. Then contacted the night before and contacted once again an hour before arrival. The delivery guys were great, straightaway put overshoes on to protect the carpet and very respectful of the property. 10 out of 10 Bensons would not hesitate to use again.

Plenty of choices ,good customer experience. Sandra was very helpful and very knowledgeable. We tried various beds and use of the test bed made it easier to pick medium mattress.

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service ordered two new bed £3775 waited over 12 weeks for delivery apthen when they arrived some idiot on their sales team sold my bed to another customer then expected to wait all over again only to be advise that the model I paid for was now discontinued but a similar one would be available in 12 to 16 and was £900 more. Avoid these clowns as for their customer service better taken a crash course in Urdu

RUBBISH LIARS!!
We purchased what we thought was a solid oak bed from Bensons. Delivery day arrived and the bed was not only badly damaged...its mdf covered with oak veneer! For a £1000 bed!
The customer services department is farcical. The store staff....Tommy in the Blackpool store...rude and uninterested in helping. We have a recording of the conversation...him telling us it isnt his problem and so forth.
Avoid these liars...mis sold and utter rubbish!!
I have lots of pictures of the damaged bed which clearly show MDF....
Stay away!!

Wonderful customer service from the Blackpool Store
We purchased a superking bed from the Blackpool store and received excellent customer service from Gemma. From the moment Gemma introduced herself, we felt completely at ease, and she worked so hard in identifying the correct mattress and bed for my husband and I who suffer with back problems. We were absolutely delighted with Gemma’s knowledge and advice and cannot thank her enough. We would highly recommend you ask for Gemma when purchasing a bed at the Blackpool Store.
