Bensons For Beds - Biggleswade Recenzje

Helpful customer service and advice regarding purchasing of a mattress

Unfortunately, my bed frame broke after nearly 2 years, although with protection it was covered and customer services sorted out for me to get a new one. Whilst it was handled by customer services, I just wanted to give a big shoutout to Mumin at the Biggleswade store for his excellent personal customer service. He took over sorting out the finer details and made it so easy for me, preventing me from having to send more emails back and forth or make more phonecalls. Personal customer service at it's finest!! Thankyou so much Mumin!! 😊

Very helpful team member

Great range of mattresses, divans, pillows, etc. Nice, spacious showroom

Excellent service from friendly, non pushy staff who made me feel comfortable to browse around in my own time and were very helpful and knowledgeable when I needed their help.
Thank you for helping me choose and purchase my perfect mattress and have it delivered as per my requirements.
Very satisfied with their customer service and attention to detail.
Highly recommended

The manager was very helpful in helping me choose the right mattress for me

Found what I wanted. Good customer service

Helpful staff assisting in us with our purchase

The man showed me everything I asked for. He was very reliable.

Mohamed was extremely helpful and very patient with myself, my elderly parents, and also managed to involve my 12 year old too which was great because the mattress was for her.

Mohamed Hanif was very friendly, helpful and knew which mattress would suit my 77 year old mum.
He showed her various alternatives at different price ranges to demonstrate why paying more for the Eve hybrid mattress was the best one for her.

Very happy with the customer service I received from MASON. He was very helpful in helping me choose a bed frame and mattress. I would highly recommend’Bensons For Beds’.

Myself and my husband recently purchased a new mattress from the Biggleswade store and was so pleased with the customer service we recieved from Sultan. He listened to what problems I was having sleeping because of my back issues and instantly was able to guide us to a few types of mattresses that he felt would be the most suitable. He gave us time and space to try out and discuss our opinions. There was no time restraints or pressuring us which was so appreciated as for us it was not only a major health issue purchase but a big financial one also. We will definitely be using bensons for beds at Biggleswade again for any future bedroom furniture purchases and will be recommending to our family and friends.

The salesman made it easy to find the right mattress for us were both side sleepers and needed a firm mattress.

Your staff were pleasant, attentive and quick.

I have never ever known a company as bad as this. They are completely and utterly shocking. Not only do I feel completely hounded every time I go in the shop, they do not take their eyes off you to browse at your own leisure. I bought a bed and waited over 6 months for it to arrive and I finally gave up when they cancelled on me again! They gave me a goodwill gesture for my inconvenience and then when I went to spend it, they wouldn’t allow it because I had previously cancelled my bed order! They are a joke. Do not ever buy from bensons.

Had a bit of banter with staff
Pleasure to be with
Great staff

Staff members were lovely, helped us to decide what bed suited better my disabilities, with the mattress they told us to take our time and try different options, as it was a big investment. We decided to buy a tempur mattress together with a new bed, from start to finish they were attentive and kind. Thanks for a great experience.

The range of beds, styles and fabric choices was excellent plus Sultan, the manager, was highly knowledgeable and patient. He made the purchasing experience relaxed and gave us a good deal too.

Helpful, informative, cheerful and polite

It was a pleasurable experience. The salesman knew what I was looking for and helped me choose the right options for me
